I disagree with Kamala; it will be very easy. He violated restraint protocols, plain and simple. Knee on neck is prohibited because you can easily crush the windpipe like that.

These DemocRATS all speak with forked tongue these days; can't trust a word they say. The only thing you can trust is that they will do there worst when elected; they grab for your guns, they raise taxes and give it away for illegal aliens and criminals, and they undermine anything that is American. Forget your parental rights and be prepared to be PRESUMED GUILTY in a court of law soon.

They are socialists who prefer communism if they can get it and will drag your city/state/country through h*ll to get what they want. Looks like a number of DemocRATic cities are ready to succumb for their purposes.

The RATS are not fit for Dogcatcher at this point.

10-15% of Americans are Bad, says Biden. I'd say he is right, starting with himself, Hillary, Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Nadler, Newsom, De Blasio, Cuomo, Waters, Omar, AOC, Comey, Brennan, Lynch and Obama; they and the rest of these are Anti-American BAD IMHO and all need to see a judge, they lock them up and throw away the key.

If Biden is elected all these evil ones will get promotions. UGH!

Since George Floyd’s death the MPD changed the protocols for “neck restraint” for lack of a better term. The manner in which he was restrained with knee on neck was a part of their policies. So, no, he did not violate restraint protocol and knee on the neck was not prohibited by MPD.

Also, it does not appear from autopsy results that his “windpipe” was “crushed.”

Having said this, doing anything around the neck in a takedown is a bad idea for reasons other than “crushing the windpipe”. So, it’s good they changed that aspect of their policy but it was too late for George Floyd.

“Knee on neck is prohibited because you can easily crush the windpipe like that.”

Actually, it is taught by and approved for use by the Minneapolis police department. And there was NO CRUSHED WINDPIPE.

I still think these cops are repulsive. No need to kneel on anyone after they have been cuffed, are lying on the ground, and there are 4 of you to one of them. But what you think happened did not!
