VA juries are notorious for injustice.
Whoever the architects and planners around this are brilliant, in a very sick and twisted way. They and their supporters won’t have to worry about defunding the police. The police are going to quit, retire or go out on disability in droves. There won’t be any cops to do anything. Talk about lawlessness. And since there are no cops, they’ll have to rely on the military. They ones they don’t want in their cities calming down the riots. And given that most of them are of the same ilk as they cops, they’ll soon stop doing their jobs. And since no one can be held accountable for anything, they’ll quit and nothing will happen to them.
Then what?
The citizens start taking matters into their own hands. And that folks, is where the rubber will meet the road. There simply isn’t enough protesters to deal with the coming backlash. And I doubt it will be pretty.

In future, do NOT go out on the street for such protests/riots, UNTIL they mayor puts your orders on Facebook and Twitter, so people can see exactly who is in charge.
What is horrible also is that the criminal underclass now claims to speak for and represent all black people. This is thanks to the leftist media, which never asks a responsible, honorable black American for a statement but goes right away to some rioting thug as if the creep is somehow a legitimate representative of all black people.
I think it must take a lot of courage for a black person to stand up against this farce and try to make his voice of reason heard.

I have not watched the video, and I’m always suspicious of CNN’s reporting, but as it’s described here, this could be an excessive force case. Three years in prison is a stretch for tasing a disoriented druggy for disobeying a police order, but some retraining is needed.
If I were a cop in a Democrat city, I would quit immediately.

I totally agree. The issue here is that a lot of cops in these democrat run cities are also liberal. I say that because I live in a democrat run city and I have a cop friend who is totally indoctrinated with that liberal vomit.
