Its no longer a question as to whether President Trump will exceed 20,000 false or misleading claims by the time his current term is completed. Instead, we have to ask: Will he top 25,000?
As of May 29, his 1,226th day in office, Trump had made 19,127 false or misleading claims, according to the Fact Checkers database that analyzes, categorizes and tracks every suspect statement he has uttered. Thats almost 16 claims a day over the course of his presidency. So far this year, hes averaging just over 22 claims a day, similar to the pace he set in 2019.

Now Fact Check the WaPo, NYT, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc.
Most false statements listed are on the order of “Chocolate is better than vanilla”.
This is ONE OF THE .....best/worse/longest/shortest etc etc etc.
Why post raw sewage???
Fake news liars, calling other people liars.
What a waste of oxygen.
I say and submit now that we cannot accept a democratic victory in November as valid because of the state-run media. I say right now that we reject a Democrat president for real reasons and not the fake reasons Democrats rejected Trump. I submit that this is the first soviet-style election in our history coming up.
Treason? Maybe. I don’t care. Treason against a treasonous government is okay.
we held on noses when a non-american won the presidency. God forbid Trump loses due to a state-run media and a conspiracy, I say we reject the Democratic winner
Washington Post....they stopped long ago being reliable news sources.
Has anyone else noticed their new favorite line?
“Trump claims, without evidence, that... ...”
The real question is, how many lies will the Washington Post have told since President Trump took power?
A million? 2 million?
Given that every sentence in the Washington Post is a lie and they publish every day, we could be talking 3 million lies from the Washington Post.
Every single story about Russia and Trump is false. There has to be hundreds of thousands of those, if not millions.
If it comes from the WaPo who would believe it?
Somebody should fact check NBC, CNN, etc. I bet they are each well over 20,000 false or misleading claims in the same time period.
Your are wrong. That number was just in the last hour for LSM.

Claims and actual accounts of misleading claims are two completely different things. I already claim Trump has exceeded 500 bazagillion false or misleading claims. Doesn’t mean it’s true. Just means I made that many claims.
To paraphrase Stalin: It doesnt matter what the facts are. What matters is who checks the facts.
I’m pretty sure the Washington compost has surpassed 200 million lies during the same period.
Words have no meaning anymore. Mistakes = Lie. The listener’s agenda-driven inference does not match their view of reality = lie. A difference of opinion = lie. Alternate sources of data not matching = lie.
Before we abandoned critical thinking, a lie meant an intentional attempt to deceive by uttering a brute, objective, verifiable/falsifiable claim that is known to be untrue by the speaker at the time the statement is made. Like, “No, I did not chop down that cherry tree.”
Now “lie” means anything that, under some scheme of thought, or difference of opinion, or choice of context, can be linked to the possibility it is incorrect under certain assumptions that are held dear by someone else (usually an antagonist of the supposed “liar”.)
Honestly, the only true liars in the sense of what this work used to mean, are the fact checkers
AND we should all pull for 50,000 in his remaining 4-1/2 years!
