To those who've been critical of the protesters who are looting and burning down Targets -- please, shut up. The CEO of Target has officially issued a statement in response to the nationwide protests in the wake of the recent murders of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and Geoge Floyd. The CEO, Brian Cornell, penned an open letter in support of the protesters and communities across America that are constantly dealing with police brutality.
"We are a community in pain. That pain is not unique to the Twin Citiesit extends across America. The murder of George Floyd has unleashed the pent-up pain of years, as have the killings of Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor. We say their names and hold a too-long list of others in our hearts. As a Target team, weve huddled, weve consoled, weve witnessed horrific scenes similar to whats playing out now and wept that not enough is changing. And as a team weve vowed to face pain with purpose," reads the letter.
Its hard to see now, but the day will come for healingand our team will join our hearts, hands and resources in that journey. Even now, Target leaders are assembling community members, partners and local officials to help identify what more we can do together and what resources are required to help families, starting right here in Minnesota."

Maybe the rioters, looters, and arsonists should take down more Targets in response.
Hey Bri Bri- since you feel they should be perfectly A-OK to ‘release their pent up hostilities’ on the stores- why not give them directions to your home too? Why do things 1/2 way? Let them have your own personal stuff too- drive through the city and let them make over your car for ya- You support them doing it to other people- coward- let them have your vehicle too!
Yes that move left a bad taste in my mouth also
Perhaps it’s time to short sell again.

The U.S. retailer said Sunday that more than 100 stores nationwide, including 33 in Minnesota, would be closed after a fifth night of violent protests in Minneapolis, spurred by Mr. Floyds death Monday in police custody.
Another gutless CEO. No balls, no courage, no spine. He drinks cuck lite as he dabs on his mascara. In fact, there are a lot of women with more guts than this worthless twit.
If you like America without rioters don’t shop at Target!
Target is Helping Fund the Looting of its Own Stores

...Good news for looters, you can find some overpriced junk with Teigen’s name on it at Target....Maybe if Target stopped doing business with radical lefty celebs who help looters and rioters, its stores would be less likely to be looted. But Vladimir knew what he was talking about. Corporate America can’t and won’t stop following the lead of the radical lefties...Keep doubling down on social justice and eventually you’ll run out of stores.
When you make America a target, you also make yourself a target.

agreed
I liked the Oceanside store because it was always clean and good pharmacy. The day they announced the bathroom policy, was the last day i ever bought anything from them.
My daughter was a Target store security manager and moved on to bigger things . She was at Target Hdq training in Minn the day the Interstate bridge collapsed.
Then the coward runs away by closing 175 stores to protect them from rioters.
Enjoy sifting through the ashes of your stores you puke!
same dude that put the transgender bathroom policy in effect\\\...but after backlash he backtracked

where are they going to find a jury pool that hasn't been spoiled by constant, loud and definitive calls of "murder"....
that pic says it all.....
Maybe the NFL can play their games in burned-out Target stores. They both issue the same sort of corporate virtue-signaling nonsense that no responsible adult would ever take seriously.
Gaydar
Who would even step one big toe into Target?
Boohoo. You've huddled, consoled, witnessed, and wept. YET, you're shutting down 170 stores that will reduce access to the good citizens of your communities. This guy should be a politician. Same ole bleeding heart rhetoric.
As Chairman of the Board, "You're fired!"
Much of the pent-up pain is self inflicted, with blacks being their own worst enemies.
What a fool, what a useful cowardly idiot. First they open their restrooms to pervs, now this.
