Brian Kemp, the Republican governor of Georgia, admitted on Wednesday that he had only just learned that asymptomatic individuals can still spread coronavirus — even though health experts had warned about the possibility as early as January.

Kemp, in a press conference on Wednesday said the fact that he’d just learned that information contributed to him issuing a statewide shelter-in-place order in Georgia.

Kemp, said that he had, in just the last 24 hours, learned “that this virus is now transmitting before people see signs.”

NBC is acting like this was a widely-known fact back in January. In fact, presymptomatic transmission was only suspected until very recently. Most studies have suggested that it was possible, but not the primary means by which it is spread.

Even right now, the CDC’s website only says, “Some recent studies have suggested that COVID-19 may be spread by people who are not showing symptoms.”

Good thing that the rightfully-elected Shadow Governor Stacey Abrams is on the job. What would Georgia do without her? (/sarcasm)

The only well know FACT in January was NBCrud and the rest of the MSM were obsessessed with a political hatchet job against the President perpetrated by their co-conspirators in the Demnation Party.

Well, it’s pretty common knowledge that viruses and diseases can be spread by asymptomatic people. The fact that it takes days for the virus to replicate in the body is sort of Darwinian survival ‘instinct’ for the virus - it enables itself to spread among people who don’t appear to be sick.

Everyone knows to stay away from people with the flu, to sanitize surfaces etc.

The CDC is for the most part inept and wasteful. That they would say “recent studies show.. may spread” is mostly nonsensical. It is probably true that they haven’t ‘proven it’ through studies, but hedging like this is dangerous. Everyone knows how flus spread.

In between all of the extremes about what causes the illness to spread and what doesn’t, there seems to be a suggestion that if you are exposed to more people with the virus, you get hit harder with it. As opposed to only being exposed to one person with it in the same room/bldg, you may only get ‘flu’.

I’m still trying to get the correct bearings on what is true and what is propaganda. But the last part seems to be a common theme from my reading.

People without COVID-19 symptoms might spread virus by talking, study suggests

April 2 (UPI) — Speaking, singing and possibly even breathing too close to people might spread the novel coronavirus even before people feel symptoms, according to findings in a study from Asia published by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The analysis sheds new light on person-to-person transmission of COVID-19, as more than 90 percent of Americans hunker down at home to stem the spread of the virus.

The new report, published Wednesday in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, documents seven “clusters” of cases in Singapore, the island city-state off the southern tip of Malaysia.

The outbreak, researchers say, most likely developed from a person passing the virus to others — before that person had symptoms — perhaps through talking and other “vocal activities,” including singing.

The authors note that the spread of a virus through speaking or breathing “increases the challenges of containment measures,” such as social distancing.

According to a CDC spokesman, the findings emphasize the importance of “putting distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.”

The authors note that much of this “presymptomatic transmission” might be linked with speech and other vocal activities such as singing, which “have been shown to generate air particles, with the rate of emission corresponding to voice loudness.”

Presymptomatic transmission happens in every communicable disease, flu, cold, etc...

It may be the most infectious period of a viral disease.

This is where masks (even just simple scarves) become helpful to eliminate the spread from “presymptomatic transmission”. It maybe one of the reasons many Asian countries, Japan, So. Korea, Taiwan, seem to be controlling the spread better than in the USA and in European countries.

This treatment below can also be used as a prophylactic. India is doing so. It’s the hundred year old malaria drug, it’s quinine, it was put into the British Army drinks when they occupied the East Indies to prevent and treat malaria, it’s what makes TONIC WATER taste like TONIC WATER. It’s still in use for malaria today.

See this video, contact your doctor to see if it can be available to you if infected. If not call around..

EXCELLENT NEWS: Hydroxychloroquine Treatment Effective on 699 Patients

Dr. Vladimir (Zev) Zelenko

Board Certified Family Practitioner

March 23, 2020

To all medical professionals around the world:

My name is Dr. Zev Zelenko and I practice medicine in Monroe, NY. For the last 16 years, I have cared for approximately 75% of the adult population of Kiryas Joel, which is a very close knit community of approximately 35,000 people in which the infection spread rapidly and unchecked prior to the imposition of social distancing.

As of today my team has tested approximately 200 people from this community for Covid-19, and 65% of the results have been positive. If extrapolated to the entire community, that means more than 20,000 people are infected at the present time. Of this group, I estimate that there are 1500 patients who are in the high-risk category (i.e. >60, immunocompromised, comorbidities, etc).

Given the urgency of the situation, I developed the following treatment protocol in the pre-hospital setting and have seen only positive results:

1. Any patient with shortness of breath regardless of age is treated.

2. Any patient in the high-risk category even with just mild symptoms is treated.

3. Young, healthy and low risk patients even with symptoms are not treated (unless their circumstances change and they fall into category 1 or 2).

My out-patient treatment regimen is as follows:

1. Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days

2. Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days

3. Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days

The rationale for my treatment plan is as follows. I combined the data available from China and South Korea with the recent study published from France (sites available on request). We know that hydroxychloroquine helps Zinc enter the cell. We know that Zinc slows viral replication within the cell. Regarding the use of azithromycin, I postulate it prevents secondary bacterial infections. These three drugs are well known and usually well tolerated, hence the risk to the patient is low.

Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen.

Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.

In sum, my urgent recommendation is to initiate treatment in the outpatient setting as soon as possible in accordance with the above. Based on my direct experience, it prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), prevents the need for hospitalization and saves lives.

With much respect,

Dr. Zev Zelenko

“In fact, presymptomatic transmission was only suspected until very recently. “

Chinese, Korean and Japanese scientists published this fact in January. Only the willfully ignorant missed it.
