So when people stockpile TP for when the apex of need comes, it’s called Hoarding. Cuomo storing ventilators for when the apex comes, at the same time demanding an absurd amount of ventilators be rushed to NY, is called ... HOARDING.

Governor Cuomo wanted to get immediate possession and control of the entire national stockpile for the benefit of his state - at the risk of all other states.
President Trump rightfully sent NY some ventilators but kept most of them under federal control so there would be some availability for other states when needed.

From past experience working with both NYS & NYC government workers shipping order counts won't be the same as inventory counts...lots of stuff "gets lost", "damaged, not in working condition...sent to dump", "not usable, parts missing", and a few other inventive excuses...while gov union workers have boats well beyond their means.
Cuomo starts his answer with “That is incorrect and grossly uninformed.” The rest of his answer completely reversed that first part. The propaganda media will stop the video after the word “uninformed” and then spend the rest of the day with Orange Man Bad.

I’m thinking when patients start coming in in respiratory failure with bad blood gases, that is the perfect time to start placing the vents in the hospitals. /S
He announced NY hospitals are now using the drugs they chided President Trump for suggesting they should be use.
