Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg noted, as she had before, that among medical procedures, first trimester abortion is among the safest, far safer than childbirth. The abortion clinic in Shreveport at the heart of the case reported transferring just four patients to a hospital out of roughly 70,000 it has treated over 23 years, Justice Elena Kagan noted.

Abortion is safe...Only the baby gets murdered. What the hell kind of logic is that?

Will be thoroughly disgusted if Roberts and/or Kavanaugh sells us out. Praying for a good result in this case. And praying that Trump gets a 2nd term.... and a couple more appointments so we’re not hanging on these guys with feet of clay.

No actually it’s the DEADLIEST by FAR.
99.99 percent failure.

I want to know when the first tenet of the Declaration of Independence got overwritten as not constitutional, because you can flush liberty and the pursuit of happiness down the crapper if that is the case!

"leaving Chief Justice John Roberts as the likely deciding vote"Will Roberts re-write the law to make it constitutional--or unconstitutional--according to his preference?

Yeah, this is a re-run - I saw the original with Kennedy and Souter. Liberal judges never budge, you know from Day One how they'll rule on anything. So-called "conservative" judges appointed by Republicans - not so much.

And the women on the Supreme Court have shown how murderous women can be. Women are clearly not the fairer sex.

How many hospitals around the USA are faith-based hospitals?
Methodist, Presbyterian, Christian, Catholic, etc.
Will the court DEMAND that such hospitals grant such ‘privileges’ to abortion providers?
There are more than 8 different methods of birth control & those pills are darn cheap.
Take responsibility for your actions, and quit killing your babies.
