Every time a racist, anti-white event goes down, which is often, conservative media call it "identity politics." "The left is playing identity politics."
Whatever is gripping and convulsing the country, it's not identity politics. Blacks are not being incited against Hispanics. Hispanics are not being turned on Asians, and Ameri-Indians aren't being urged to attack the groups just mentioned. Rather, they're all piling on honky.
That's anti-white politics or animus.
The anger of the multicultural multitudes is directed exclusively at whites and their so-called privilege. Anti-whitism is becoming institutionalized, systemic and therefore dangerous.
Never once, however, is the thing called what is it: Non-stop and dangerous incitement to hate innocent whites for their alleged pigmental privilege.

Very true ...and sadly, a lot of it is propogated by whites themselves, mainly liberals,and mainly women, of course. I can think of several white women I know personally who speak with nothing but disdain when referring to choice white men they know.
And it is dangerous. I fear for my two beautiful grandsons more than anything.

“Identity politics” is being used as a wedge against constitutionalism and, by extension, Western Civilization. They promote the idea that the founding principles are racist, and alien to the cultures of “people of color”... that you can’t be an authentic black and support the founding principles, you can’t be an authentic Hispanic and support America.
Whereas this is the opposite of the truth. There are a few principles that will lead to a happy productive life, and a few more that lead to political liberty, and they are accessible to anyone. Your family may or may not have understood them, the culture that formed you may or may not have embodied them and taught them, but you can choose them and make a decent life for yourself and your family.
Telling people that they are a race traitor if they turn their back on decency and liberty, is evil.

I would assume that many white FReepers were either not born yet in 1968, or were children. Others were in Vietnam then, a place their nominal 'white privilege' couldn't protect them from. Most here probably do not come from wealthy or otherwise privileged backgrounds.
So why is it defensible that they, and their children are targeted for things they did not control and acts they did not commit? What makes them 'privileged' because they have less pigment in their skin? What makes them responsible for the breakdown of the black family, the failure of inner-city schools, inner-city crime, gangs, and the other intrinsic social factors that rob children of their innocence and promote despondency?
Yes, there are clearly many white people who have contributed to these things, but not because they are 'white'. Many 'people of color' have contributed as well. It's not about skin color. It's about ethics. In that context, it has been unethical politicians, white and non-white, who have exploited minorities for their own personal gain who have contributed to the tragedies of life in urban environments - as much or more than any other factors. Minority 'entertainer's who push hatred and glorify 'gang culture' are also contributors.
The point is just that to blindly blame 'whites' for all problems of non-whites is ludicrous, and does nothing to solve these problems. It's also racist.

No, the Civil Rights Act of 1968, on top of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, combined with executive orders and judicial hallucinations, "institutionalized" discrimination against white, straight men.
Additional legislation, such as the TJTC (Targeted Jobs Tax Credit), and others further discriminated against white men in employment.
In academia, it has been an all-out war against white males, in acceptance and graduations.
The list is long.
Diversity is a dog whistle for anti-white and it is the governments of this country (federal state and local) that are pushing it onto the entire country.
Thus, the government is pushing for white genocide...just they are doing it ‘slowly’.

Really, they can pack up and leave. We made a big mistake in the 1960’s opening our country to modern day ‘immigrants’...ingrates. They don’t like us? Just our wealth? Go home ingrates... go back to your hellholes.
Maybe everybody can get one of those barcode things - like you see on produce in the Soopermarket - so they don’t have to waste time. You can then be scanned so they know what race and preferred pronoun you are. /do I really need the sarc tag?
