She probably considers this a light sentence, one that Trump will accept. Schiff has already threatened Trump if he pardons or commutes the sentence.

I haven't read each post so I don't know if someone else noted this or not but this judge is as corrupt and dirty as Comey, Brennan, Clapper et al. Just look at her history and her involvement in all of these 'prosecutions' and investigations. No one can convince me that there is not bias in her rulings.

The sentence is absurd and Draconian for the supposed crimes, which are rarely prosecuted.

Assault usually gets somebody between 3 - 12 months.

Roger Stone assaulted no one. Even the silly theatrical threat to Randy Credico was vague and dismissed by Credico.

Stone should get a medal for lying to Congress. If Adam Schiff can sit there in a House committee hearing and lie his ass off on national TV, then lying to Congress shouldn’t be a crime for ANYONE.

Elections have consequences is the story here. If Repubs hang onto the house - this is not even an issue. And for that, you have to blame the voters - and Paul Ryan - just an awful Speaker.
