I go back to Sacramento. Never heard anything like him before and knew at that moment that he would be a national phenomenon someday. It’s not unreasonable to say that without Rush there would never be a Trump presidency.
I have been to that city. Yes, he achieved great things despite his personal shortcomings , trials and tribulations, and coming from a backwater city.

My Mom smoked for 66 years. She stopped at 80. She will be 90 in August.

Not everyone is religious. Good thoughts help.
I just know they both smoked, they both had lung cancer,they’re both free of it and they both have been health for 8-10+ years.
I started listening in late 1989 or very early 1990.
Actually went to his TV show with my Dad in NYC, and met him while he signed his book for me.
Completely devastating news!!!!!!!!!!
My heart breaks for him, his wife, and our Country.
