Controversial Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) will face an unexpected Republican challenger in this November's election — from a Muslim refugee woman like herself.
Dalia al-Aqidi, a journalist and former White House correspondent from Iraq, argues that since taking office in 2019 Omar has done nothing but seek to divide and undermine America, and that despite apparent similarities with Omar, she is nothing like the freshman Minnesota congresswoman.
"On the surface, we look the same. We're both women, refugees, Muslims, but we couldn't be further apart," al-Aqidi said in announcing her run for office.
"The difference is that while Dalia has used her life experience to expose oppression and boost the U.S, Omar has done the opposite — stoking fear, inspiring hatred, inciting violence, and embarrassing the U.S.," her campaign website states.
"To put it simply, Ilhan Omar needs to be stopped," al-Aqidi argues.

Well, well..... I saw her on Fox and Friends this morning but missed the fact she was Republican. She’s the real deal

This is America- We’re a Christian nation despite the left claiming we aren’t- She is a muslim- Islam is not compatible with western Christianity or western politics-
The bible talks about a a Statue with feet of clay mixed in with the iron- What this means is that a foreign people will infiltrate the nation and NOT conform, they will however commingle, and will tar the nation down from within because they will weaken the iron and cause the whole statue to tumble to the ground-
It is a mistake, in my opinion, to look the other way while foreign religions creep their way into our governments
No offense, but I prefer Congress members who are not Muslims.

I will however state that if there is no other choice- then yes- vote her over ilhan- any day of the week- I would just prefer that someone who represents our nation and culture more run for office- Not that they could win in that state which is a sad state of affairs, proving that we have lost that state- or at least those districts- to islam-
