The Trump administration is barring Irans top diplomat from entering the United States this week to address the United Nations Security Council about the U.S. assassination of Irans top military official in Baghdad, violating the terms of a 1947 headquarters agreement requiring Washington to permit foreign officials into the country to conduct U.N. business, according to three diplomatic sources.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif requested a visa a few weeks ago to enter the United States to attend a Jan. 9 Security Council meeting on the importance of upholding the U.N. Charter, according to a diplomatic source familiar with the matter. The Thursday meeting was to provide Tehrans top diplomat with his first opportunity to directly address the world community since U.S. President Donald Trump ordered the Jan. 3 drone strike that killed Maj. Gen. Qassem Suleimani, a top Iraqi militia leader, among others.

Doesn’t Tuna Nan still have a couple days to send a stooge to escort him here against us under diplomatic immunity?
If I can think of it, so can her handlers, and my detractors here have low opinions of me, too.

The tensions between Iran and the US have become more prominent in recent months, but relations with the notoriously authoritarian Iranian regime didn’t stop Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) from meeting with Mohammad Javad Zarif, the foreign minister for the terrorist mullocracy. According to Politico’s “Playbook”:”SEN. DIANNE FEINSTEIN (D-CALIF.) had dinner with IRANIAN FOREIGN MINISTER JAVAD ZARIF when he was in the United States a few weeks ago, several sources told us.”

Mohammad Javad Zarif. The best man at the wedding of John Kerrys daughter to an Iranian national. Her husband is a physician, I believe, who now lives in the US, but obviously has powerful friends and relations in Iran.
A great opportunity for the UN to threaten to withdraw from the US if they want Iranians to attend. Dont throw me in the briar patch...
If the UN doesn’t like it they can pack up and move to Africa
Tisk. Tisk.
