B) She is seriously considering a 3rd party run.
Which makes me think that Crooked H must have caught wind last week of Tulsi’s plan to give up her House seat. And this in turn prompted Crooked’s attack on Tulsi.

I am one of Tulsi’s constituents. She has been AWOL from her elected office of Rep. HI CD2 for a long time.
I for one and very glad she is not running again, for here in Hawaii the power of incumbency, is usually only broken by the death of the officeholder. Ppl in Hawaii are politically unenlightened and will robot-like vote for anyone with a D in the back of their name . Especially if they are an incumbent.
Now the big question is will the Hawaii Republican Party actually put forth a real candidate of the non-incumbent contested office? One of the last effective State Republican parties in the U.S., I kind of doubt it.

She’s obviously in-line with Trump regarding that part of the world and there are VERY, VERY, FEW others, of either party, who agree with Trump/Tulsi on our need to extract ourselves (although 60% of the public wants us out too).
