A Justice Department official told Fox News on Monday that Attorney General Bill Barr asked President Trump to make introductions to foreign countries that might have had information pertinent to U.S. Attorney John Durham's ongoing probe into possible misconduct by the intelligence community at the outset of the Russia investigation.

It won't make one bit of difference. "Muh Russia" was a flop, but the Democrats just move on to the next scam. And why wouldn't they? No one is doing anything to stop this B.S. We are almost 6 months past the release of the Mueller report, and still no declas. But I'm sure it's just intergalactic 5-D chess taking place, right?

What are the Democrats afraid of? They have nothing to fear if the other countries have no evidence.

You don't suppose that Barr/Durham have made the case that foreign intelligence was instrumental in the Russia hoax? You don't suppose that the Attorney General recognized the need for a counter-intelligence operation to uncover the players? You don't suppose that maybe a dozen players have been identified and are being monitored using FISA warrants; allowing for the surveillance of hundreds of persons?
What kind of evidence would be required to tap the phones of members of Congress? Perhaps one day we might learn a little bit more about the conspiracy to defraud the U.S. Senate using false testimony by Christine Blasey-Ford?
Done correctly, we just might find the pursuit of this wide-ranging conspiracy to be a lot of fun. So far it hasn't been much fun at all.

If Barr has made that case....is someone talking?
We'll know for sure that Barr is with us when we see indictments and convictions.
That said, my Barr-is-with-us probability meter is up to 70% this week after seeing a number of stories about Barr traveling and after seeing a number of stories where the Democrats are back to criticizing Barr.

That would certainly be an explanation for why none of the FISC justices have started their own proceedings against those who submitted false information to their courts.
I think rumors from months ago were that Horowitz delayed release of his report due to witnesses wanting to "clarify" their testimony. That might be a good sign.
If Trump is a good guy and Barr is a good guy and Durham is a good guy, then it seems to me that enough time has passed to unravel a lot of this conspiracy. We seem to know the Mifsud has recorded a statement. If Mifsud named names, there has been time to interview those people.
