Say, what?
And he said this being flanked by Iran's and Turkey's leaders?
Did Iran offer a cheaper solution - i.e. desist firing the missiles?

They’re using Putin’s tactic of blaming “rebels”. I’d hate to think this was just Putin using a protection racket to sell his missile system.

Russia REALLY wants a test bed of their S-400 against our F-35.

My first thought ... Is Putin suggesting that he knows the U.S. detected the missiles, but failed to stop them?

Find, fix and take out the Iranian leadership.
I am sure they are huddled up and meeting about what to do next, at this time. The perfect time.
Hit them with penetrator munitions and FAEs.
Send the B-2’s. They would never expect such a bold move.
Just do it

Putin would love to inject an electronic mole into our defense network, this could be a way to do it ...

New Delhi signs $5bn deal to buy one of the most advanced missile defence systems amid looming threat of US sanctions.
Putin’s an equal opportunity weapons salesman.

Did the Saudi's defense fail because of the advanced American weaponry and systems or their incompetence? Did the Saudis miss the attack? Did our American forces miss the attacK? Or just not share it with the Saudis?
What if the attack had be on the US, overseas or our homeland? Would the result be the same? While I am positive our troops are more competent, I'm left wondering about the technology.
