It is Iran whether just directly or indirectly.

It would not be anyone unrelated to Iran, as no one else in the region comes even close to being so opposed to Saudi Arabia as to use military means against them. And even if the culprits are the Houthi rebels in Yemen, (1) they would have obtained the missiles from Iran and (2) the Mullahs in Tehran would have sanctioned their use by the Houthis against the Saudis.

Maybe we will “rent” the Saudis a few B2 bombers. LOL (not likely but I do get a chuckle with the idea).

I imagine if there is a U.S. response, it will be with greater interdiction support with the Saudis against the delivery of Iranian support to the Houthi forces in Yemen; including enhancing the naval blockade of Yemen. Yet, that blockade has been operating since 2015, and has some U.S. participation, so recent activities suggest there are holes in it.

Too many contradictions here. If it was Iran, they'd gleefully claim responsibility; If it was an inside job, this will hurt ARAMCO's IPO; The Houti's don't have missile muscle, and claiming responsibility is risking getting wiped out.
