Megan Betts, the sister of Connor Betts, the man who killed nine people at Ned Peppers bar in Dayton, Ohio on August 3, was found dead alongside her boyfriend. She was 22 years old.
NBC News’ Pete Williams reported, via, Andrew Blankstein, that Megan and her boyfriend had been found fatally shot in a car. Dayton Police Chief Richard Biehl has said that Megan and her boyfriend were not in a car when they were found dead. At the time of writing, Megan’s boyfriend has not been identified.
Authorities believe that Conor Betts opened fire on a crowd at a bar in Dayton’s Oregon District, killing nine people and wounding dozens more. Megan Betts was one of those who was shot dead. Betts was then shot dead by responding officers, officials said. In a press conference, authorities said that the suspect was wearing body armor and extra ammunition on him at the time he was shot.

I posted a second link that works. I don’t know what you are confused by. The person voted in 6 or 7 elections and 2 were primaries. He voted D in the 2 primaries. In Ohio you have to be registered to a party to vote in a primary election. (I am an I and cannot vote in primaries.)
Chris Baker, who just resigned this summer after 14 years as Bellbrook High School principal, was asked about Betts’ time as a Bellbrook student.----------------------------------Asked about reports that, while a Bellbrook student, Betts was suspended for causing a lockdown by writing a “hit-list” on a bathroom wall, Baker said, “I would not dispute that information, but I don’t want to get involved any more than just making that comment.”
A woman who went to high school with Betts recalled the hit-list.
“I know he made the list,” she said. “I’m not sure who the names were on there...He had a plan to shoot up the school.”

One of the victims of a Sunday morning mass shooting in Dayton was a Pennsylvania graduate student in town for an internship.
Saint Francis University President Fr. Malachi Van Tassell said in a letter to the Loretto, Penn., university that Nicholas Cumer, a graduate student in the Master of Cancer Care program, was one of the victims who died.

I found a twitter site for Nicholas Cumer and he had photos of a woman that was not Megan Betts,
My guess is that Thomas McNichols is Megan’s boyfriend.
I did a search on Thomas McNichols and found nothing helpful. Anybody else find anything?
You've touched on 2 things here;
1. Much of the mental illnesses, Mental instability and delusions stem from all of the psychotropic drugs pumped into the kids especially the boys by the school system. They do it to make life easier for unmotivated teachers who are not allowed to dispense discipline in the classroom. Then when school is over and the drugs stop the withdrawals and side effects kick in.
2. Placing mentally deranged people in asylums and mental health care facilities was branded as "Warehousing" them and cruel imprisonment during the Carter years and most such facilities were shut down and those people were dumped on the street. We see many of them living under bridges now along with the con-artist panhandlers.

Slow down big guy. When you vote in a DEMOCRAT PRIMARY you have to be a registered DEMOCRAT. Thus, we know Betts is a DEMOCRAT because he voted in the DEMOCRAT PRIMARY.

Betts was just entering the bar Ned Peppers when gunned down by police. Can you imagine the carnage he could had done inside the bar?

Party registration is public knowledge.
If you are a registered Democrat and vote in a closed primary it is reasonable to state that you “voted Democrat”.
But only regarding primary elections in closed primary states.
