Megan Betts, the sister of Connor Betts, the man who killed nine people at Ned Peppers bar in Dayton, Ohio on August 3, was found dead alongside her boyfriend. She was 22 years old.
NBC News’ Pete Williams reported, via, Andrew Blankstein, that Megan and her boyfriend had been found fatally shot in a car. Dayton Police Chief Richard Biehl has said that Megan and her boyfriend were not in a car when they were found dead. At the time of writing, Megan’s boyfriend has not been identified.
Authorities believe that Conor Betts opened fire on a crowd at a bar in Dayton’s Oregon District, killing nine people and wounding dozens more. Megan Betts was one of those who was shot dead. Betts was then shot dead by responding officers, officials said. In a press conference, authorities said that the suspect was wearing body armor and extra ammunition on him at the time he was shot.

Thankfully their video showed the young man in twenties putting spray container liquid (poison) onto foods. Finally captured.
His motive: believed secret enemies were trying to poison him, so he would kill everybody at stores to protect himself from them. If they died they wouldn’t poison him.
Judge said, no prison, he’s messed up, first offense, and asked family to watch him and check up on him at his new apartment and he will talk to a shrink once a week—and say he complied to court official later. He will be given full social security,housing and other benefits to live on since he never worked and doesn’t feel like working. May live to 80s or so, probably. Now we support him and hope he doesn’t flip out again soon.

Now, the drug angle, I can agree with. The drugs used to try and get them slightly into the normal spectrum are quite powerful. They always come with cautions to not attempt to stop treatment unless under a watchful doctor’s supervision.
