A 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck Southern California on Thursday, the largest temblor to hit the region in decades.
The 10:33 a.m. quake was centered in the Searles Valley, a remote area of Kern County about 100 miles from Los Angeles.

Yeah, and their caused by global warming...
Are you sure of that..?
LOL Perfect :)
Your wrong; it’s GLOBAL WARMING!
re: “Your wrong; its GLOBAL WARMING!”
Either you know you’re sh*t, or you know your sh*t.
Which is it?
ANYONE who wishes the worst for CA or NY (where I’m from) is wishing the worst for MILLIONS of conservatives also.
It’s a shame that you should even have to think that.
because UNTIL the next civil war breaks out, for better or worse, we are still all Americans
(except for the illegals!)
I have family in LA, and I grew up in San Jose.
Also, a ton of military down there too.

Thanks for update :)
. . . skiers as a pits top . . .
Dopes wouldn't know a pit stop from a hole in the ground.
Military is right. Love touring the San Diego bay & Coronado. My uncle was career Navy. He was in Monterey and San Diego as well as all over the world. Graduated from Annapolis with Carter—& Carter was not at head of his class...LOL not even close.
My grandmother was in Pacific Grove area since early 50s. I remember driving around the region. Changed a lot, but it is still beautiful country.
Any chance POTUS had something to do with the quake?
Compared to the some of the people I know, locally, I'm a moderate. They are why, while Antifa in Portland is only ten minutes away, they don't dare cross the river for one of their protests. (The survivors would leave a blood trail on the bridge...)
California is doomed. Your call. You want your children and grandchildren to be force fed homosex in school, by all means...
That devastation is unbelievable!
Wow, that really is a desolate area.
We have city and county sheriffs, here in Washington, who have actually told the idiot in Olympia to ESAD. Any Communist east of the Cascades keeps a VERY low profile. The squatters in Portland occasionally try to invade, into waste land, from across the river. They are quietly “re-located”.

You are down on the County level now—and I am glad you have good sheriffs. There are some counties in every state with good sheriffs. There are good communities in every state.
Actually I recently read sad story about Drag Queen Story Hour at a Library in Spokane.
My point? Don’t smugly think you are immune. If there is Drag Queen Story Hour in Spokane, maybe you ought to look at your local schools’ curriculum.
My kids did not go to school in California. They went to a top school district in a Chicago suburb. My grand kids that are school age are in private school, where they belong. The others will join them at a private school when they are of age to do so.
I admire my relatives for staying in SoCal...They were there long before Jerry Brown. I have friends and family in NorCal voting conservative and trying to do there part to educate friends and neighbors.
I’m off to celebrate Independence Day Now.
BTW, don’t think there has been a Drag Queen Story Hour at my local library...
funny stuff...
Yup
I remember it. I thought someone was working on the roof of the building. Came home to some decent cracks in the plaster
