Sen. Kamala Harriss (D-CA) national spokesperson said on Thursday evening that Harris even supports busing for school integration right now.
When a national politics reporter at New York Times asked Ian Sams, Harriss national press secretary, if Harris supported busing to integrate schools today, he replied: Yes.
Astead Herndon, the Times national politics reporter, said on Friday that Harriss campaign declined to elaborate further when asked about specifics.
Harris, in need of a moment to revive her floundering campaign, called out former Vice President Joe Biden during Thursdays debate for his past opposition to school busing, telling the former vice president that she was bused to a school in Northern California. Harris also said that though she did not believe Biden is racist, it was hurtful to hear him talk about the reputations of two United States senators who built their reputations and career on segregation of race in this country.
And it was not only that, but you also worked with them to oppose bussing, Harris told Biden in what was the nights signature moment. And you know, there was a little girl in California who was part of the second class to integrate her public schools, and she was bussed to school every day. And that little girl was me. So, I will tell you that on this subject, it cannot be an intellectual debate among democrats. We have to take it seriously. We have to act swiftly.

This campaign representative will likely he fired. Supporting busing to desegregate schools will push suburban voters especially white women right into the Deplorable camp.
not to mention all the Global Warming /s
Harris is an idiot.
She will either be the nominee or the Veep.

Is the theory of school integration that white children possess some sort of magic ju-ju that will improve blacks by proximity?
There should be enough post-1954 data to decisively affirm or refute the hypothesis.
And as far as Kamala Harris’experience with integration in Berkley/Oakland goes. Are the achievements of white AND black students better now than in 1968 (no fair using new dumbed-down tests), or are they worse? And if they are worse, why are they worse?
I'll say out loud, OK, once you pull your kids out of Sidwell Friends and ship them to the ghettoes without bodyguards.
Then I'd change my mind.
She’s not a naturalized American. Has anybody, and will anybody rub that in her face?
Harking back to the day when nobody questioned whether the fat hand of government was the solution to every problem.
A certified Marxist loon.
Sen. Harris committed voter fraud because she is not an American citizen as evidenced by citizenship of her parents or statement of citizenship when she reached age of majority. Yet she voted in federal elections.
Correct, and she's not an alien.
Therefore she is...a natural born citizen.
Its amazing the manufactured and phony BS she can utter publicly about her experience with school segregation and experiencing racism - which goes completely unquestioned by the MSM. Her parents were professors, she lived in Berkeley, and she went to high school in Canada!
With that sort propoganda and media protection - it reminds me of Obama and makes me think that Harris is the choice of the deep state.
That’s missing the point. Berkeley had a school busing program to bring Black students to schools in White neighborhoods and vice versa, so she was bused for what was called “desegregation” at the time.
That’s not what I see. I see black culture dominating white teens’ lives and more black boy/white girl dating than ever before.
Hopefully they are just slumming it and will grow out of it.
Lol
FORCED busing.
We should always say FORCED busing.
It's about political messaging.
