Former US Attorney Joe diGenova says that the Huber investigation into the Clinton Foundation is a farce. Huber hasn’t even interviewed the top witness in the case whom diGenova represents!

John Huber is the special prosecutor tapped by former AG Jeff Sessions to investigate FISA abuses by Obama’s DOJ/FBI. Sessions nominated Huber to perform this investigation after numerous calls for a special investigation into the Clinton Foundation and the Deep State.

But months ago we reported that nothing was getting done. Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee say John Huber still has not interviewed key witnesses and they want answers.

Mark Meadows (R-NC), Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Doug Collins (R-GA) sent a letter to special prosecutor John Huber on January 8th demanding answers by a January 21st deadline.

“Your investigation has been ongoing for over nine months. During the course of our extensive investigation we have interviewed more than a dozen current and former DOJ and FBI personnel, and were surprised to hear none of these potentially informative witnesses testified to speaking with you,” the GOP lawmakers wrote.

So Huber needs to be arrested for obstruction of justice and replaced by someone that’ll actually do the job they’re being paid to do.

Makes a person wonder if Huber’s info was part of the blackmail info gathered by the zerobama administration.

This is what’s wrong with DiGenova. I like his fierce conservatism but he flat-out makes shit up and states it as fact when he has no clue. People who have watched him for 10 years or more say this is a long-standing pattern.

He's supposed to have been specifically working on this investigation with Horowitz. I'd like to see the proof of what he's been doing. He'd likely have to document how many hours he's spent on this, along with whatever court cases he's been involved in, if any. There should still be some accountability for how your time is spent on the job, no matter how high up the ladder you go.

Huber was a Session's smoke screen to placate the Republicans who wanted another Special Prosecutor to investigate Hillary's crimes. I don't think they ever intended to re-investigate Hillary's crimes. Huber is a Deep State head fake.

Yup, around November 2017, their was an increased call for a SP. Sessions (or his handlers) came up with the Huber scam.

He was ‘working on it’ in addition to his regular duties, which also include serving on the ‘Attorney General’s Advisory Committee’.

US Attorneys don’t get assigned to one case or group of cases. The DOJ establishes ‘task forces’ for special projects, and usually add staff from outside the DOJ.

Joe identified Director Wray as corrupt on day one
He was exposed Huber as a do nothing.
He correctly identified the FISA Judge Report on Obama spying and John Carlin fraud
There are a few of the times DiGenova was been Right.
Please provide at least one time he was wrong
