During her one hour town hall on CNN, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) was asked about what she would do to end school shootings.

"I'm sure that there are many students here who, while you were high school, even middle school, that you had to participate in a drill, right? Where you were convened and talked to you about how you needed to run into a closet because there may be a mass shooter roaming the hallways of your school. And in our America, that should never have to happen," Harris explained.

Is KAMALA HARRIS (and other DEMOCRAT fringe candidates) taking extreme positions to make BIDEN and possibly MICHELE O sound moderate?

So she’s just told us that if she’s elected, we’ll have 100 days to lay in enough ammunition to start the counter revolution to reestablish the Constitution as the law of the land.

We’ll also be making travel arrangements to DC where we’ll surround the White House, and hope the Secret Service holds true to their oath, and arrests her before we have to do anything.

That lying slut?

She also blamed trump for removing 500,000 fugitives from the do not sell gun registry.

Only one problem. It happened during the Obama administration

I was President of my high school's rifle club my Senior year. We met weekly and fired in the gym. We went through NRA courses of fire, and fired postal matches against clubs in other schools. Our club was always included in the school Yearbook. Membership included both boys and girls. We never had any problems. Just lots of fun shooting. My college didn't have a school rifle team, but I fired on the ROTC rifle team. We went to matches and fired in competition against ROTC teams at other nearby colleges.

And, therein lies the problem. NONE of them ever noticed “NOT” in the sentence apparently and think it says “shall be infringed”.

Post-17th Amendment ratification, constitutionally low-information Sen. Harris unsurprisingly doesn’t seem to understand that regulating peacetime, non-military firearms is not one of Congress’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

In fact, consider that the only express constitutional power to effectively regulate peacetime firearms allows Congress to make only laws that discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights, including 2nd Amendment.

From the 14th Amendment (14A):

The Supreme Court put it this way about Congress's 14A powers.

“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had [emphasis added].” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.

Also, with all due respect to families and friends who have lost loved ones in shootings, I’m sure that dialing 911 in such situations gives students comfort. /sarc

Also, why should we expect Democrats to enforce unconstitutional federal gun-control laws any better than they enforce other laws, particularly immigration laws?

Remember in November 2020!

MAGA!

"Dealers are required to do background checks. Is she hung up on the number of 5? I dont get it."

She wants to classify anyone who transfers 5 guns in a year as a "dealer" and thus subject to all the regulations applicable to firearms dealers. Obama talked about doing this too. Thus, thousands of firearms collectors who like to sell and trade firearms would have to go through an expensive background check.

What part of "will not be infringed" does this Willie Brown prostitute NOT understand?

Now, now. There is no proof she ever took MONEY from Willie, just political favors. Professional ladies of the evening would rightly be insulted by such a comparison.
