I agree, skip the circus and go straight to the Grand Jury. But first have the FBI ask a whole bunch of questions so they can be convicted of perjury too.
Did everybody get immunity or a pardon? If so how do they nullify?
His mincing, pink-slippering and Smollett-probing will produce zero coverage and zero results. Without indictments, the coup did not exist. We will go on record as having a Russia cover up of collusion. Even Comey is stepping forward with his talking points, which in fact, will get all the coverage and all the credibility.
1) Don’t tell “WILL”, nor “may”, nor “might”, nor...and expect me to give you a cookie. Tell me when it’s been D-O-N-E and *then* we can discuss how the ‘scales have balanced’ vs. merit.

Need = delay. We don’t need no special counsel to investigate anything. We need a prosecutor. All is known by way of mueller and the IG report. Appoint a special prosecutor like the defunct strike forces had, say Giuliani or the former USA from dc and move out. The statutes are running. Immediate targets are hitlery McCabe comey Lynch and judge contraus. Send them target letters. See who comes in first. My guess McCabe who is a smart weasel.

The DOJ has the power and must prosecute. A special prosecutor is not required and takes too long
