New York Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Thursday vowed to defund U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and said all Latino people must be exempt from immigration laws because they are native to U.S. lands as they are descendants of Native people.
The Democrat Socialist made a speech against immigration laws and promised to abolish ICE just before she unveiled her widely-mocked Green New Deal on the same day. Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib also joined the calls to abolish ICE.

Thank you, Fox News, for another article about this very important person.
Wrong Trump is a genius she is on his patroll.
Does she sleep in a mockup of an Aztek pyramid at her home?
The majority, whites in America are now being told this is not your country. A little early for this but we cans see where this is going and we know who the players are and we are awake and not asleep, this is good. We need more people like lori loomer to man the front lines and give them the in your face they have been giving us, use their same tactics on them
Her constituents are blissfully unaware.
No, it will not work to “mess with Texas”.
(That phrase began with reference to littering the roadsides. It has taken on another meaning that is also appropriate.)
How much blood from Spain is in Latinos ???
Ugh, she failed world history too...
Reagan: It isn’t so much that liberals are ignorant. It’s just that they know so many things that aren’t so.
A O C has a degree in economics?
I have a business degree, and a minor in economics. Fortunately I graduated in 1970. And the university that I graduated from had very very few lefties. In fact, the Dean of the Economics department was Dr. Muir, but he preferred to be called Col. Muir. There were no lefty Economics professors visible then.
The Dean of the School of Business, Dean Callerman, preferred to hire retired military officers. This was a combination that seemed to work very well.
I was not well informed of this when I began at that university, it was clearer when I graduated. It was made crystal clear over the next 35+ years that they were spot on and way ahead of their time.
Yes, they were fierce warriors.
Defending it was a problem for Mexico.
past tense?
Many it be so.
I entered University about the same time that you graduated, and embarked with naive notions of achieving a true education.
Didnt take me long to understand that the foundations under any semblance of classical education were eroding even faster than those under the faux classical architecture were.
I left, and became an autodidact :-)
The “education” only begins at College.
Life is a much much better teacher. At 71, I’m still a student. Of many things.
Dave K.
We see that the same.
My grandmother lived to be 98, my father is 93. My mom’s aunt lived to be 97.
It can be done. The 97 year old aunt of my mom, was as sharp as a tack. Had her memory right to the end.
I’ve got too many things to do to quit now. smile.
The families that were native here and chose to remain here are citizens. No way to justify those coming illegally since then. That is pure nonsense.
What Dems are wanting with regard to illegal immigration will result in unlimited immigration. When Latinos are more than 50% of the population they can form their own party and tell the Dems to sit down.
I think Pelosi screwed her by encouraging her to publish the New Green Deal foolishness.”
Ocasio-Cortez’s staff was claiming that the New Green Deal and the ‘Latinos are Natives’ statements were put up by Conservative/Republicans to make her look foolish, and that is why they took them down. Yeah, sure... S/
Nobody has to do anything for her to look foolish. That woman is a moron all day long.
My Grandmother lived to be 94; was running her household until 5 months before she died. Her daughter did almost as well. And I believe it was entirely due to the fact that both of them maintained very active interest in the world around them, and in their hobbies and personal projects.
I’m very glad that you still have your Dad. I’d dearly love to still have mine.
