I entered University about the same time that you graduated, and embarked with naive notions of achieving a true education.
Didnt take me long to understand that the foundations under any semblance of classical education were eroding even faster than those under the faux classical architecture were.
I left, and became an autodidact :-)
The “education” only begins at College.
Life is a much much better teacher. At 71, I’m still a student. Of many things.
