Lifesite News reports that Dr. William Lile, a board certified obstetrician-gynecologist, has issued a blistering condemnation of New York state's recently passed state law which allows abortion up until birth.
As noted by Lifesite's Calvin Freiburger, Dr. Wile says that "modern medical technology is already giving preborn babies blood transfusions, heart surgery, and more." Many of these surgeries can occur at 22 weeks in the womb, the Alabama and Florida licensed practitioner said. Thus, “If they're a patient they're a person, and if they are a person they deserve our protection."
But, New York's bill states that “Every individual who becomes pregnant has the fundamental right to choose to carry the pregnancy to term, to give birth to a child, or to have an abortion.” The new law also "erases the state’s recognition of preborn babies older than 24 weeks as potential homicide victims, removes abortion from the penal code entirely, and allows licensed health practitioners other than full doctors to commit abortions."
None of that seems to matter New York Democrats who celebrated the passage of the bill by clapping and smiling in the state house upon its passage. Dr. Wile responded to these cheers by saying, “Celebrating what? The governor just signed a law saying that we can take the lives of the babies in the womb up until their due date. That's nothing to celebrate...To take the lives of these babies in the womb breaks my heart. It is not good for us and is not good for America."

Amen to that! And there is no qualifier for a person. You are a person or you are not. Persons in the womb is the way we should term it. At the moment of conception a unique human person is formed. It is not a fetus, it is a human being! A person. This is fundamental.
I’ve asked the same question. Why hasn’t our “pro life” president challenged this in the courts? At the very least have his new AG threaten to charge any quack performing it with murder.

My father was an old time country doctor who delivered scores of babies in home deliveries. He often said that God would surely punish this country for allowing abortions. My father could never have imagined the monstrous evil that has now happened in New York where infantacide is now not only allowed but celebrated. God’s wrath will be upon New York and Cuomo has earned a place in the depths of hell.
3-month premature babies routinely survive. So there is no difference between a baby in the womb and a baby outside of it. Passage through the birth canal does not bestow humanity! The baby is already human!
There is absolutely no justification for the NY law! It was passed to show hatred for Trump/Kavanaugh, and to kiss the ample a$$es of man-hating feminazis.
The Border Patrol should send every Illegal they catch to New York to make up for the People who are leaving.
Now we have “true murderers”? What kind of fake language is that? Gosnell, a man, murdered many babies.
How do these people explain or justify to themselves what they are doing in passing this law?

And that “individual” can spend 5$ or so for birth control pills but I guess they can’t afford that or it is too much trouble to remember to take a pill every day but instead chooses to murder a fetus aka unborn child.
Will NY, California, Illinois and other states secede from the Union, so as to make their own rules regarding the termination of their pregnancies? Eerily familiar.

Why did they need to pass a law? I knew a girl who had an abortion at approximately 8 months in 1995 in New York.
Horrifying! I spoke to her afterward. She said she was going to get on with her life. Oddly enough, her name was Katrina.
She was my roommate’s girlfriend. (But it wasn’t his.)He died in 1998. Ironically enough, his name was Charlie Watts.
What kind of animals do this procedure on a daily basis?
