Don’t know Olson’s politics but he is a lawyer. Lawyers take all sorts of cases. But this one seems like a ridiculous case for any lawyer to take on.

There is no Constitutional guarantee that any particular person can be granted access to the WH.
In fact there is no guarantee that ANYONE — reporter or citizen — have access to press credentials.
If POTUS wanted he could just stop having pressers.

Incredible that they all want to frame this as a first amendment issue. It is not. No one is saying Acosta can't report the news. Just saying he can't enter the White House. A long overdue action.
The WHCA should be dismissed from the White House, CNN ban should stand, and if there is complication, cancel it all for everyone. Trump has enough opportunities to interact with the press, can meet them one-on-one and in small groups, same with Sanders.
