I never understood Ted Olson to be anything less than an establishment RINO. The only good thing about the man as far as I recollect was his wife whom was a great lady as I recall.

He went south after 9/11. Seriously. Teamed up with ALL Gore lawyer David Boise to ask SCOTUS to re-define marriage.
