I don't think Ted Kennedy had much to say about Clarence Thomas. He led the assault on Bork, but the Democrats were smart enough to stuff a sock in that @sshole's mouth when they were using sexual abuse allegations to try to destroy a nominee.

Read Clarence Thomas' autobiography My Grandfather's Son. He gives a very blunt assessment of many of the senators he dealt with in the confirmation process.

To my surprise, he considered Al Gore refreshingly honest even though Gore voted against his confirmation (Gore told him outright that he would oppose him for purely political reasons if he thought he was going to run for president in 1992).

I also got the sense that Thomas -- to this day -- considers Howard Metzenbaum to be one of the most repulsive men ever to walk on the face of the earth.

What Feinstein is doing to Kavanaugh is pure evil. The whole Democrat Party is evil--every one of them. And Grassley and the Republicans on his committee are damn fools at best.
