Lawyers for Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, refused Friday to reply in time to meet Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) final deadline to agree to have their client testify.
Ford’s lead attorney, Democratic donor Deborah Katz, sent Judiciary Committee staff an email shortly after 9:00 p.m. refusing to give an answer.

Good grief! His tweets are an embarrassment. Put the content aside—the misspellings, grammar mistakes and lack of punctuation are NOT what you expect from a statesman.
“.....testify to the senate...” should be “testify BEFORE the Senate (capital “S”). He’s more like the illiterate Barbara Bush wanted to help.

He’s extended his hand five times, and five times they’ve slapped it away.

Having one too many honest Justices on the USSC is a threat to them because they know some of the crimes Trump has found while putting in the plumbing to drain the swamp could very well make it to the USSC before they're settled.

They are old ******, and their ******* are their tools for blackmail. According to the women’s studies instructors in the ‘80s, the “good ol’ boys” would be their final targets. The first targets were the children in schools.
1. This is all about appearances at this point. Republicans are worried about midterms. They want to appear fair and give every opportunity for Ford to speak. Dems want to delay and are busing in their shock troops to continue the circus.
2. Kavanaugh has good information to confront these charges and wants a chance to do so in an open way.
3. Look for further requests to delay and stall. They want time for new accusers to come forward, to coach Ford, for MSM to spin the story some more to try to drive public opinion their way, and for the buses of paid protestors to show up.
#1 they’re dumb. Most people don’t like people being accused with no proof, I imagine most American’s either aren’t going to vote on this issue or will side with Kavanaugh. The more the delay and placate this fraud, the more they breath life into her life and five her credibility.
Are these over the hill lawyers in the senate have a bit of common sense and understanding of how real people operate?
