Is it too much of a coincidence that she names a witness (Mark Judge) someone who published a book in 1997 ("Wasted: Tales of a Genx Drunk") about his alcoholism - which included blacking out - starting as an adolescent in the same prep school at the same time as Kavanaugh? Just the witness she certainly knew could not reliably be used to disprove her allegation.
They have already said they won’t investigate. She has been offered a chance to tell her story. No investigation is needed for the Senate to take stock and see which person is believable. I sure hope the Committee vote proceeds. Then the full Senate can vote. Period.

This is nothing but a stalling tactic, and Ford clearly does not want to testify. The committee should vote Thursday as orinally scheduled.

Even if she went to the correct authorities in the correct jurisdiction they would laugh her out of the police station. Why would anyone investigate anything that was outside of the statute of limitations about 25 years ago?

She is the only evidence. The only investigation would be to put her under oath and take her statement. Which she is invited to do Monday.
