FBI is not gong to investigate a 37 year old claiming on something that even if it was true isn’t a federal crime. This woman is a nutter and Feinstein should be censured for this stunt

The new meme already being put forth is that Trump will not allow for an FBI investigation.
The FBI has no jurisdiction to investigate a local crime and in any case the statute of limitations precludes local authorities from doing that as well.
It was an frivolous, suspicious accusation about a very local jurisdiction, so the FBI shouldn’t waste any time or money on it.

A delay tactic. The Democrats know the FBI is still under leftist control and the FBI would take months to look into the allegations. The Dems are still hoping to flip the Senate in November.
