A few weeks ago American media began heavily promoting a generally odd video of Supreme Court Justice doing a workout. It seemed weird. Today, the motive of putting out that video becomes transparent.
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appears at an event hosted by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Watch:

I have no more sympathy for her than I had for Mao in his declining years. They've both done huge harm in their lives.
My reaction was that she was so frail and debilitated that, even if her mind was clear, her clerks were doing just about all of her work. It’s hard to believe she could generate the energy needed to sustain the argument for a complex opinion.
Nonsense, she’s fine. What is more, she was basically condemning the Democrats’ show in the confirmation hearings. I probably disagree with her a lot but I’m not a modern day leftist filled with hate.
Ginsburg has very solid genetics. Very thick hair on women is one indicator. And hers is still very thick and full......not riding high on her forehead.
None the less I still see a Trump appointment in her before Nov 2020. What a shame for Ginz and Hellary.

Much as I disagree with her SC decisions, she is obviously correct that the current nominee is not being treated in the same way as most former nominees have been treated.

She should have been removed from the Court when she stated that we must abide by international law. That alone deemed her unfit to serve.
I totally agree. It is astounding that she does have the integrity to stand independent of the Democrats' behavior at this juncture. Nothing wrong with her intellect.

I’m not a fan of hers but that was difficult to watch. She really needs to retire and get some rest.

Look at those eyes and smile; they are actually contagious. With that said, I know women her age that are vibrant and active. It makes me wonder how much of her deterioration is due to something more metaphysical; say an ideology that rots at ones morals and ethics. The healthiness of one's spirit can and does manifest physically.
If you think the Dems. and the Media went crazy over trump’s nomination of Kavenaugh, just wait and see what they do if he has to nominate a replacement for Ginsburg.
A lot will depend on how Roberts operates as the new “swing” vote. If he sides with the left at least some of the time (like his Obamacare decision), it will give her heart.
If Roberts never sides with the Left, and she sees that all the decisions will be against her, she may decide “What’s the point?”
It’s all in Roberts hands.
