A few weeks ago American media began heavily promoting a generally odd video of Supreme Court Justice doing a workout. It seemed weird. Today, the motive of putting out that video becomes transparent.

The Ginsberg we see on the interview is hard to reconcile with the videos of her working out in the gym and this interview was almost certainly carefully scripted and staged. It almost a certainty that Ginsberg was given the questions to the interview long beforehand and her answer suggest that she rehearsed her answers and had coaching
I would not be surprised if there were many takes of each question and they cherry picked the best and most coherent response
If the Dime hold the Senate then they can follow the precedent. I don’t see an issue with that. If the Pubbies have it then they can follow precedent and confirm a nominee.
The precedent is simple. Whoever has the majority gets to decide whether or not to confirm.

Well, not to long in advance...I doubt her memory isn’t what it use to be given her advanced years.
She must be under a tremendous amount of pressure to keep the seat warm for 6 more years. If she actually decides to retire before then and enjoy the remaining years of her life with family, allowing Trump to appoint her replacement, she will be vilified by the very radicals that hold her up in such high esteem today. Sucks to be her in that position. I don’t see her surviving 5 more years.

Why bring International politics into the US measurements? Use the constitution as the initial point. If it is the foundation of all law, it should be the foundation of all political measurements. The Constitution is center.
I totally disagree with her judicial philosophy but, being 75 myself and having my own fair share of problems, I can and do, as a fellow human, have a great deal of sympathy for her.
Sorry, but if you watched that video and found her to be incoherent or mentally deficient, you are simply showing your political bias.
There may be examples out there showing her being mentally impaired, but as someone who has had the privilege of many conversations with elderly individuals, there is nothing in that video that remotely suggest any mental deficiency of this individual.
I do not agree with her politics, and disagree highly with many of the rulings and reasoning she has offered for them, but the claim that that video displays any sort of mental deficiency or incoherence by the Judge is complete lies and bias.
You wish to push conspiracy theories, that this interview was staged, and scripted, then please provide evidence for your claims, otherwise, you are just showing your own personal political bias, and look exactly like the type of animal I stated people pushing this video as some sort of evidence of her mental decline look like.

For Ruth Bader Ginsberg it’s better than the alternative, unless her soul is in a state utterly unreflected by her actions and stated beliefs.
She possibly had earpiece with someone feeding her answers. Hence the long pauses
