Mentioned MORMONs and Blacks in the same sentence!!
I’m puttin’ on my top hat
Tyin’ up my dog carrier
Brushin’ off my tail
I’m dudin’ up my magic underwear
Puttin’ in the shirt studs
Polishin’ my nails
O....
K....
Well, we can’t win them all...
Mark; we have a contender...
Thanks but your list seems to confirm what I was posting. For example:
1. Learn and obey all ... rules.
2. Keep your thoughts, words, and actions in ...
3. Read only books, magazines, and other material authorized ...
4. Don’t debate or argue.
5. Center your mind on ...
etc.
The above seems autocratic. It’s a programming of the mind.
People say Utah is beautiful but ‘weird’. I agree. Of course, there are exceptions. But statistically, there seems to be a hierarchy in UT and those in the mid to lower ranks are expected to obey and conform. That may be fine for certain people but it also allows scoundrels like Romey to slip in and buy a political seat.
Why can’t people in UT see he is a snake? He was in MA, then ran for President, now running in UT. He’s not interested in people, he’s interested in himself, in power. He has no core principles that are universal and lasting, he changes his positions to fit whatever he needs to fit in order to grab power. He will do absolutely nothing for people in UT but will deliver to the power circle in UT who in turn will require people to obey and conform and not think independently.
I always thought politicians were supposed to listen to people, not cater to a power circle who in turn demanded conformity.
Yes, what is disturbing about them is they put more emphasis on seeking some sort of godhead rather than acknowledge their sin. They think works will save them. They couldn’t be more wrong.
Romney lives a lie, is a lie, because he thinks he is perfect and better than others. Humility is not part of his spirit.
Donald Trump, on the other hand, humbles himself to help others. He helps people that are down and out through no fault of their own, he helps vets even to the point of visiting them in military hospitals, sitting by them, talking with them, tucking their blankets in. And he did this long before he ever ran as a candidate for political office. In other words, he is sincere.
Romney will be a candidate in 2020 if still kicking around
Boooo! Hisssss! Get off the stage!
No more Clintons! No More Kennedys! No More Bushs! No more Mittens!
“Romney will be a thorn in Trumps side and most likely primary him in 2020. I despise this guy. Ashamed to have voted for him in 2012.”
We’re all in the same boat with the same bitter aftertaste. However, after President Trump’s stellar job performance and re-election, We The People will NOT be fooled again.
Hope this isn’t setting us up for another 0bama-esque nightmare down the road. It would be just like the ‘feckless’ GOPe to do that to America. Grrrr!
That’s a good list. I’m feeling better now. Thanks. :)
;-)
Mitt (R)Money strikes again.
After all the rules against engaging in winter, water, contact sports, etc., I can only imagine that #59 is an Ainge family addition.
It was a foregone conclusion. Wonder if he has time left to run for office as a resident of yet another state? Does he have time to hit all 50?
Are you sure?
