Charge with aggravated manslaughter, under color of authority.
Didn’t a murder overcharge allow the jury to absolve the politically favored illegal killer of Kate Steinle?
To: Enlightened1
Oh... I see they included manslaughter. It’s up to the prosecution to include enough detail for the manslaughter charge if murder doesn’t stick.

The lesson here is don’t call the cops for any reason.
To: Telepathic Intruder
And don’t try to talk to them, either.

The cop was fired today. He has been on paid leave for eight months.

Minneapolis doesn't care one whit about Miss Damond's life. They were fawning over office Noor a few years ago; practically wetting themselves in an orgy of self-praise about their diversity.
The lesson here is dont call the cops for any reason.
This is the *real* reason for this arrest. "Don't call the cops" strikes at the heart of the primary means local government justifies its existence, and the Minneapolis city government is afraid.

Never should have been a cop in the first place. Pure affirmative action hire.

It only took 8 months for something that should have taken a couple of weeks.

There is no evidence that
Officer Noor encountered, appreciated, investigated or confirmed a threat that justified the decision to use deadly force, according to charges cited by the Star Tribune.
Instead, Officer Noor recklessly and intentionally fired his handgun from the passenger seat, a location at which he would have been less able than Officer Harrity to see and hear events on the other side of the squad car.

Insightful analysis. I hadn’t thought of that. I hope you repeat this as often as possible. People need to understand this.

The corrupt cops actually got a search warrant for the dead lady’s house, looking for dirt on her.
They had absolutely no cause for that. The judge who granted that warrant should be imprisoned for that malfeasance.
