How many health issues did we have on a regular basis before processed and gmo foods. Many older freepers will look at todays youth and wonder what happened.
To: MarvinStinson
Or I read today, the folks that eat this processed food are much more obese and care less about their well being and what they put in their bodies.
Every study has limited value.

Eat Starch Mom
You say nothing’s right but natural things
Ah, you fool
Poison oak is a natural plant
Why don’t you put some in your food?
Natural food makes you slow and stupid and it tastes like cabbage
I don’t care if there’s chemicals in it
As long as my lettuce is crisp
Preservatives might be preserving you all
I think that’s something you might’ve...
Oh, I think you might’ve missed it
Yeah, you missed it

It is true.
Further eating fresh produce isnt even a guarantee for health anymore. Our farming pratices have caused fruits and veggies to have less nutrients in them than ever before.

This is old news. We have heard about the evils of processed meat for years now. But no matter how much one deprives himself of the simple pleasures of such things as bacon and sausage, he will die anyway.
Scaremongering at best. Eat and be merry.

I read a couple of days ago that asparagus causes breast cancer. There is nothing left we can safely eat..........if you think you’ve found something, just wait.

One thing I've found recently (in my search to eat foods that do not increase the estrogen my cancer feeds on) is that an incredible amount of ordinary foods have soy - soy lecithin, soy oil, soy protein... With the soy subsidies you would think it was too expensive to use everywhere. Soy promotes estrogen production. Not only feeding some cancers, but adding to the feminization of men and boys. It's enough to make someone start believing in conspiracy theories!

Cancer is caused by global warming causing icebergs to melt and contaminating the oceans with old ice water.

No brainer.
At least 90% of your diet should be unprocessed food your great grandmother would have eaten.
