Read the above carefully. The rule has no provision for the President giving early approval. The only communication the president can give is either objection within the five day window, or silence, with silence being taken as consent at the expiration of the five days.
Saturday Feb 3 is the five day mark. The committee will most likely meet to release the memo on Monday Feb 5. It will dominate next week’s news cycle.

Having that, I’m sure they got all his emails, phone records, banking records, travel records. Wonder if they put him under physical surveillance? Who else got tangentially scooped up in the spying? This was all done to bootstrap the Trump colluded with Russia false narrative.

My humble takeaway from the memo: FBI and DOJ are corrupt and biased.
1) Purge is in order
2) Investigation is in order
3) Investigation into Trump/Russia has and had no merit and should be stopped immediately. This includes Mueller’s investigation.
4) Hillary’s case needs to be reopened as it is clear that her investigation was biased in her favor.
5)All previous cases under these corrupt heads must be reopened.
