Robert Mueller Requests Postponement of General Mike Flynn Sentencing Posted on January 31, 2018 by sundance
Against a newly discovered likelihood the Robert Mueller investigation began under false pretenses; and against the backdrop that FBI surveillance and wiretaps were obtained through materially (intentionally) false representations to the FISA court; and against the backdrop the original FISA judge was summarily recused from the case; and against increasing evidence that Mike Flynn was set up by a terminally animus, and politically-motivated investigative rogue unit, operating within the FBI; Special Counsel Robert Mueller now asks for postponement of sentencing:

Sorry, I forgot government corruption at the highest levels.
“Its all starting to collapse.”
Towards what end though? We still have no controlling legal authority that’s not corrupt, loyal to the left, or compromised(Jeff Sessions)
I am guessing the same might apply to Paul Manafort.
By building the memo release suspence, Trump is smoking Mueller out.
This joint status report was almost certainly a defense counsel initiative. Probably went like this:
Defense counsel calls Mueller. “Hey, Bob, looks like you railroaded my client. I’m going to file a motion to delay sentencing while we consider our options.”
Bob says, “Uh, no need to file a motion. Let’s just file a joint status report saying the case is not ready for sentencing. Keeps the media off our asses while we sort this out.”
“Ok, Bob. You write it up. I’ll sign it.”
Mueller lets real criminals (including Benghazi murderers
and rapists of children) go, but plays catch and release
with uranium seized and terrorists.
WHY IS HE ANYWHERE IN THE FEDERAL GOVT???
Yeah, well where is the motion to reconsider, withdraw the plea agreement and dismiss the Complaint against Flynn along with an agreement to pay Flynn’s damages in an amount to be made public as an example to all.
“Mueller signs his name like a frenchy”
I thought so too at first. On closer examination, it seems that Brandon L. Van Grack signed the document.
When there’s no controlling legal authority, then controlling political authority has to step in... that’s why all those tweets from Donald.
‘WHY IS HE ANYWHERE IN THE FEDERAL GOVT???’
Because the swampers outnumber the honest players?
That’s not Mueller’s signature. Co-counsel Van Grack signed it.
Mueller deserves the FBI showing up at his house before daylight, picking the locks to his home, and going through all of his things.
The same for Comey, McCabe, obama, etc.
Tip: If you ever plead guilty, do not demand to be sentenced in hopes of being proven innocent. there will be no trial..... and by pleading guilty you have given up your right to appeal.
I am not a lawyer, but if you follow my advise, kindly send me a check or money order for the amount of $350. ;>)
Former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page said that the release of a memo authored by Republican lawmakers alleging abuses by the FBI and Justice Department is the "next best thing" to law enforcement officials releasing their application for a surveillance warrant targeting him during the 2016 race.
Page told Rolling Stone that he had sent letters to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI requesting that the agencies release the application, which he has said was unjust.
"I originally hoped that DOJ and the FBI would've released my illegitimate FISA application when I requested it last May, but it's been eight months since I submitted my Privacy Act/[Freedom of Information Act] request letters to them and I haven't received any of that information yet," he told Rolling Stone, using an acronym for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
"This short, 4-page summary of the abuses seems to be the next best thing," Page added.
The House Intelligence Committee voted along party lines on Monday to release the memo, which alleges that the FBI and Justice Department acted improperly in obtaining a surveillance order on Page during the 2016 presidential race as law enforcement officials began looking into possible Russian meddling in the election.
Republicans have said that releasing the memo is necessary because it sheds light on possible abuses by federal law enforcement officials and the beginnings of the Russia investigation.
Critics say the release could expose classified information and undermine the FBI's credibility. The FBI said Wednesday that it has "grave concerns" about the accuracy of the memo.
President Trump, who is widely expected to approve its release, still has three days left to review the memo and determine whether to allow it to be made public. A hot microphone caught the president on Tuesday night telling a lawmaker that he was "100 percent" behind the memo's release.
1. The questions swirling around about whether or not President Trump will answer any questions from Mueller bring a high level of uncertainty to the whole investigation.
2. If the Nunes memo is as damaging to the DOJ/FBI as I suspect, then Mueller may end up withdrawing the charges in this case.
3. Everyone knows President Trump is going to pardon Flynn anyway, so the delay may have been requested until the release of the Nunes memo and other falling dominoes in Washington put Trump in a much stronger position (politically) to do it.
Hasn’t even come out and the cockroaches run for cover....Wait until the whole world knows....Trump can view any paper anytime...The anti trumpers are sweating bullets right about now....
All of these blogs, bloglets or news sites damage their credibility every time they publish. Its because they, like the NYT, editorialize in every headline. But unlike the NYT, they dont have enough finesse to be credible, enough power to worry about...and then when you read the article it says nothing like the headline.
But most people only read the headline, so I guess thats what theyre relying on.
Don’t you wish you could just get a ticket to the movie that comes out on this so you could see the whole mess in one sitting? :-)

Docket Sheet for US v. Flynn <- some funny stuff in there
Whoa, that document is a little short of details.
How can a Judge rely on that for anything?
