This was always a game. I never thought Flynn would get sentenced, but if he did, Trump would pardon him.
This is continued kabouki as they try to assemble the cases against MaCabre, Deep Stroke, Pageboy, High Priest, and Combover. And that’s round one.
Don’t forget that the corrupt DOJ/FBI leaked Flynn and Page’s identities to the media...$$$

Reminds me of how Watergate started to fall apart once the lies were identified.

Mueller knows Flynn was illegally spied upon by the government and was railroaded, because he (Mueller) had a hand on it and is about to be exposed.
Hopefully this is not to coerce Flynn further. It should instead be a pause to re-evaluate the Flynn investigation that forced the Flynn plea to then reject it and dismiss the charges. Mueller should follow that up with a personal letter of apology and offer his resignation for the missteps and misdeeds of his team.

Espionage, treason, murder, high stakes world wide intrigue; the script is being written so I guess we’ll have to wait for the conclusion of it all before a true to life documentary movie can be made. Most Hollywood moguls need not apply.

Flynn will go free one way or another.
Mulehead knows that a future court would overturn Flynn’s conviction.
Because it was fruit from the poison tree.
He prefers to let it go himself, vs being overturned by a court at
a future date.
And gave a reason. The reason for postponing setting a hearing date is that Mueller isn't ready.
