Trump White House Preparing To Replace Liberal Supreme Court Justice?
DCWhispers ^ | January 28, 2018 | DCWhispers

Whispers are rampant throughout D.C. that a vacancy is imminent on the U.S. Supreme Court - one that is currently taken by one of the most liberal members of the Court.

It has the Trump White House giddy over the prospect of potentially and forcefully shifting the balance of power on the Court while Democrats in Congress are said to be warning White House staff of a prolonged and brutal fight should President Trump attempt to replace a liberal Justice with a hardline-conservative nominee.

The reason for the Justice's alleged departure is said to be "ongoing illness/physical limitations."

The first on the Court that comes to mind given those clues is 84-year old Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Justice Ginsberg has visibly slowed down a great deal in recent years, and has been prone to falling asleep in public, even when on the bench. Ginsberg's office has taken to pushing back on rumors of her health issues via a series of left-leaning media publications, but Court watchers have noted Ginsberg's increasingly limited public schedule of late.

Despite his 79-years, Justice Stephen Bryer's place on the Court apparently remains secure, but not so with two others - swing-vote Justice Anthony Kennedy, 81, and liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor, 63.

Justice Kennedy, a moderate liberal (or moderate conservative depending on who you talk to) has already hinted at possible retirement, so he is not the likely source of the current Supreme Court rumors. Justice Sotomayor, though, despite being among the Court's younger members, is said to be struggling greatly with her workload as she deals with a worsening diabetes condition. Court watchers have noted a visible decline in just the last year where she appears to have aged ten years. Rumors are also swirling regarding staff having to take up an increasing workload for the ailing Sotomayor who is said to have difficulty maintaining her train of thought for more than short periods of time. And like Ginsberg, Sotomayor's staff is working hard to orchestrate a media-driven narrative to counter rumors of her decline.

Here is the thought that is now keeping the far-left elites up at night. Justice Kennedy might very well be preparing for retirement. That would be one Supreme Court vacancy. And if the rumors of ill health regarding Ginsberg and Sotomayor are in fact true, that could be two or even THREE vacancies on the Court for Trump to fill within the next year or two.

There’s two liberal fossils on the court right now that need to be put in a museum.

Praying this will happen! Ruth Ginsburg is a spawn of the devil- and represents everything that is wrong with our country.

Bloggers & Personal is for vanities and blogs. You can post something from a blog, even if it’s not your own blog. Big complaint is bloggers posting excerpts of their own blogs on FR just to get the hits. If you’re posting your own blog, post the whole article, since there should be no copyright restriction for publishing your own stuff.

It certainly has become more difficult to distinguish between some blogs and certain news sites. Drudge Report would be a good example of something that doesn’t really fit either, although I think he was considered more of a blogger type starting out years ago. Drudge doesn’t write news stories but collects them in one place where they are easy to find.

According to “Whois Dcwhispers.com”, Dcwhispers is owned by James Jenness since 2015. Dcwhispers was registered with GODADDY.COM LLC on April 07, 2015. James Jenness resides in Anderson, USA and their email is jim@bigjimj.com.

I’ll be darned if I can find any info about who this James Jenness character really is.

Since Ruth Ginsburg is already dead (but doesn’t know it), that leaves Bryer and Kennedy. Bryer must go because he’s younger than Ginsburg and she’s on her way to lalaland as we speak. Kennedy is perhaps the most stable of the moderates (he being the only one) and the leftists (Ginsburg, Bryer, Sotomayer, and Kagan).

Damned. I liked it better when there were KKK members and pinkos on the Bench. At least they didn’t hide anything.

This new group would confuse Karl Marx.

It would sure be great if this Administration could install up to 2 more Justices who were in good health, in their low 50’s in age, and of course properly conservative for the good of the country in general.

I’ve never had a blog of my own, and expect never to in the future.

I do enjoy opinion pieces, and I guess those might qualify as blogs, since they’re not news. Jim does say that some blogs are more equal than others and go in news, but that he doesn’t like rules. So that’s probably the basis of the confusion. But without a list of what blogs go where, there will undoubtedly still be confusion in the future. What I’m hearing is that all blogs should be published in full in the blogs area unless they’re informally acceptable in the news area.

DCWhispers. I’ve read people talking about them and there seems to be consensus that they’re another anonymous source. But one that does seem to have some significant connections. They’re never over the top or out on the edge. And they seem to be exactly what their name implies - someone with an ear to the DC gossip circuit. Like the famous child’s game, what they report can be true or not. But the fact that the gossip is what is being heard is worthwhile information to me just at that level. I do recommend it to you as something to keep an eye on.

Oh my word! Can you believe there is a real possibility that Trump could get FOUR supreme court nominees?? Maybe Providence has decided that America needs shed of Ginsburg at long last. Getting to see Ginsburg leave the court would make my decade, but seeing Kennedy and Sotomayor gone ALSO would be nothing short of Providential intervention.

younger/healthier = more long term effect and more votes

There are many rumors floating around that Scalia was killed. With the many crimes the RATS committed under Hussein Obama, don't be surprised if that death is investigated again.

And don't rule out the possibility that the liberals will kill another to win.

I've always wondered why these women (and I use that word very carefully) are such evil & wicked communist bitches.

Every time I see them I see the witches of McBeth stirring their wicked cauldron to do evil on the world.
