Operation Condor – How NSA Director Mike Rogers Saved The U.S. From a Massive Constitutional Crisis…

Posted on January 5, 2018 by sundance This outline is the stunning backstory to how the FBI Counterintelligence Division and DOJ National Security Division were weaponized. This outline is the full story of what House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes is currently working to expose. This outline exposes the biggest political scandal in U.S. history. This outline is also the story of how one man’s action likely saved our constitutional republic.

His name is Admiral Mike Rogers.

I’m calling the back-story to the 2016 FISA 702(16)(17) political corruption by the Obama administration “Operation Condor”. Those of you familiar with the film “Three Days of The Condor” will note how the real life storyline almost mirrors the Hollywood film. For the real life version, NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers plays the role of “Condor”.

“SCIF” – a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. To understand the larger FISA 702(16)(17) issues in 2016 it is important to focus on the word “compartmented”.

Intelligence information is housed by compartments. Each intelligence unit holds intelligence unique to that compartment. The FBI Counter-Intelligence Unit would hold the intelligence information specific to their task or assignment; the DOJ National Security Division would hold their own compartmented intelligence; again, specific to their task and objectives. So too would the DOJ, DoD (Pentagon), State Dept., or CIA.

This compartmented structure is what led to the creation of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, ODNI. The 911 commission recommended the office to serve as a hub able to ensure intelligence sharing; that is – to ensure intelligence was not intentionally withheld from other compartments when needed.

In 2016 the ODNI for President Obama was James Clapper.

This could be the biggest political scandal in history.....and no one is covering it.

Let's go simplistic: there are two kinds of reporters in the world, those with an interest in the scam and those who wish along with their loved ones to not become "accident-prone".

A seemingly unrelated anonymous homicide several states distant can be quite intimidating to one with a family who was given very specific prior notice. And, such action is much more effective than any which might draw attention to a potential reporter.

There is every reason for ordinary concerned citizens who listen to what the news media is, and is not telling us, to conclude we are facing an enormous national struggle between powerful opposing forces.

Indeed, no matter from which level the issue is viewed, whether it is Main Street U.S.A or the corridors of the WH, as Mariner states it, "We are IN IT."

Yup, twenty years in the military and 35 years in law enforcement. I guess we should be glad you are not in Intelligence.

Yes it covers leaking too.

No, for the skatety-eighth time, it doesn't cover the Trump world surveillance.

IG Horowitz's "review" doesn't cover this topic. Only the Clinton email investigation.

...... wrong

Produce the evidence that it covers Trump World surveillance.

It was and is an attempt at a coup d'etat.

If successful, it means the end of the republic. The sad part is that about 40% of the population wishes it was successful.

Your lack of writing skills are consistent with your claims of being in law enforcement.

And a signup date from last year.

I tend to flame first, ask questions later.

Particularly on threads concerning the Deep State.

Lincoln reportedly said “ better to remain silent and have people think you a fool than speak and remove all doubt”. It might be better to flame after you obtain facts, rather than before.

As for my “lack of writing skills” in 35 years of practicing law Ive never had any judge make a similar comment. So I have to give your opinion the weight to which it is entitled.

I'm pretty good at sniffing out trolls & disruptors. Sometimes they tend to be never-Trumpers, sometimes people who aren't writing clearly, and so forth. Occasionally, I misfire...most FReepers are pretty good about it once they check my posting history.

I don't care whether people question my intelligence. They're simply wrong.

As for my “lack of writing skills” in 35 years of practicing law Ive never had any judge make a similar comment. So I have to give your opinion the weight to which it is entitled.

ROFLMAO! You do realize that there's a reason there are lawyer jokes, don't you?

Your post to which I took exception was

Uh, oh! you dare to critique the faultless and brilliant former grocery store manager mark bradman aka sundance? You are asking for flam8ng from those who live and breathe and hang onto his every word, regardless of how speculative and inaccurate it might be. But I guess your correction to his article will, unlike posting at Conservative Treehouse, still allow you to stay on FR. Over at CTH any dissent, however, intelligent, is cause for immediate banning. Only the Cult of Sundance is allowed at CTH.

Note that you are openly referring to a respected right-of-center site as a Cult; even allowing for the hyperbole inherent in the sarcasm, it might fairly be taken as attempting to discredit the site as a whole.

I hope you don't use that type of imprecision in the court house; unless, of course, such is an implicit admission that the system is indeed just a game, and rigged. (See Will Lawyers Destroy Science? for example....)

The internet is a great equalizer, any idiot with a keyboard can play. Even the guys down at the manure plant.

Which is what I thought you were. I don't know if you are at the plant, or are currently acting as a licensed distributorTM; or if you merely have an individual bone to pick with CTH.

Mueller has to have access to this information. And if he has authority to investigate crimes discovered during his inquiry, he must know that these need to be looked at. But he can't do it, because his own staff are suspects.

So, he needs to refer this, or he is covering up.

There has to be another prosecutor named to investigate this, it's too big to let it slide.

It is doubtful the 911 commission ever gave thought to what might happen when intelligence is weaponized as a political tool. The DNI is a political appointment, a cabinet member, of the President. If the executive branch, the President, wanted to weaponize intelligence as a political tool, he/she would have control over such weaponization as an outcome of their political appointees within the: FBI (Comey, McCabe), DOJ (Lynch/Yates), CIA (Brennan), DNI (Clapper), or DoD (Ash Carter), etc.

Liz, you gotta read this one... many dots connected - many 'incentives' exposed...

It would be hard to be a never trumper if you supported him from the first day he descended the escalator.

As for CTH, I once thought it was a rather insightful site until I did a little more analysis. Mark Bradmans thoughts and analysis are merely his opinions and speculation on what he thinks is going on. He has no inside information nor does he claim to have any. The two things I find concerning are, one, the cult of personality that exists among his readers. Read the comments to his articles. The fawning, obsequious cultlike worship is very off putting. Bradman is not the savior that his disciples claim he is. Its rather obnoxious in my view. And two, I notice that whenever a poster makes any type of comment, regardless of how well meaning or innocent, that casts doubt on bradmans theories the CTH disciples claim The offender is a troll, a never trumper or worse and almost immediately they are neverheard from again.

Any site that is as intellectually dishonest as CTH is not worth much in terms of credibility. All authoritarians, be they right or left wingers, destroy any type of dissenting opinion. CTH is right in there with the best of the fascist authoritarians.

But dont take my word for it. Spend some time actually critically analyzing the treehouse. You will likely see the same things I did. Oh, and one last thing. My opinion of Conservative Treehouse is apparently shared by many other conservatives according to the internet postings of others.

All points acknowledged.

That being said, I think it is *vital* to get (in the advertising / marketing parlance) 'mindshare' of the idea, the sense, that a cabal of Clintonites / Obama stooges left behind, tried to spy on Trump, before he won the nomination, perhaps even before he declared, for purely partisan ends.

What's worse, when called on it, they lied and covered it up: and for all we think of the Swamp Dwellers in Congress, they are supposed to act as a check ("checks and balances") upon the Executive.

This is worse than Watergate: it is what the left REEEEEEEE'd! that Watergate would inevitably lead to, if it were allowed to go unchecked.

But SJWs always *project*, don't they?

Carry on.

Mueller never should have taken the job. And he should have never put people on his staff that were involved in the original investigation. He allowed witnesses to become investigators. Then, it predictably allowed them to cover their own tracks.

His entire effort has been compromised, and has created more distrust in the government than it was supposed to have revealed.

The table is set... for all to see:

James Comey told congress on March 20th, 2017, the reason he didn’t inform the statutory oversight “Gang of Eight” was because Bill Priestap (Director of Counterintelligence) recommended he didn’t do it.

By 2013, Obama’s PDB was making its way to more than 30 recipients, including the president’s top strategic communications aide and speechwriter, and deputy secretaries of national security departments. (link)

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/03/28/oh-my-president-obamas-own-defense-deputy-admits-obama-white-house-spied-on-candidatepresident-elect-trump/

Sometimes when a person is deep inside an echo-chamber of like-minded ideologues, they might not realize what they’re saying is rather revealing to those on the outside. That’s the set up for former Obama administration official Evelyn Farkas (Deputy Asst. Secretary of Defense) appearing on MSNBC and admitting first hand knowledge the Obama administration spied on candidate and president-elect Donald Trump’s transition team to gather “intelligence” for political use.

So under President Obama’s watch Deputy Asst. Secretaries of Defense had daily access to the PDB. An example of an Obama Deputy Asst. Secretary of Defense, Evelyn Farkas.

With dozens of people having access to President Obama’s PDB, Rice’s unmasking of names within the intelligence product gave dozens of people direct access to unmasked intelligence – including Obama officials who could, likely did, use the PDB for specific and intentional political purposes. This political outcome was essentially confirmed by Evelyn Farkas who was one of the downstream recipients of the unmasked intelligence.

Sometime in early 2016 Admiral Rogers became aware of “ongoing” and “intentional” violations of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), Section 702 surveillance. Specifically item #17 which includes the unauthorized upstream data collection of U.S. individuals within NSA surveillance.

As a result of Rogers suspecting [FISA 702 (#17 – email and phone calls)] surveillance activity was being used for reasons he deemed unlawful, in mid 2016 Rogers ordered the NSA compliance officer to run a full audit on 702 NSA compliance.

Again, 702 is basically spying on Americans; the actual “spying” part is 702. Item 17 is “About Queries“, which allows queries or searches of content of email and phone conversations based on any subject matter put into the search field.

The NSA compliance officer identified several strange 702 “About Queries” that were being conducted. These were violations of the fourth amendment (search and seizure), ie. unlawful surveillance and gathering. Admiral Rogers was briefed by the compliance officer on October 20th, 2016.

In a move apparently unprecedented for a military officer, Rogers, without notifying superiors, traveled to New York to meet with Trump on Thursday at Trump Tower. That caused consternation at senior levels of the administration, according to the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal personnel matters. (link)

t would appear Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, is up to his eyeballs in this; though he denies participating. The FBI counterintelligence unit was monitoring Trump through FISA 702(17) upstream surveillance collected by a DOJ National Security Division that had no oversight.
