Mueller never should have taken the job. And he should have never put people on his staff that were involved in the original investigation. He allowed witnesses to become investigators. Then, it predictably allowed them to cover their own tracks.

His entire effort has been compromised, and has created more distrust in the government than it was supposed to have revealed.
