The mother of Leigh Corfman, who says that Alabama Senatorial Candidate Roy Moore tried to engage in a sexual encounter with her when she was 14, has contradicted a key detail of Corfman’s story. Speaking by phone to Breitbart News on Saturday, Corfman’s mother, Nancy Wells, 71, says that her daughter did not have a phone in her bedroom during the period that Moore is reported to have allegedly called Corfman – purportedly on Confman’s bedroom phone – to arrange at least one encounter.
Moore strongly denies Corfman’s claims.
The Washington Post, which first published its newsmaking, on-the-record interview with Corfman last week, cited Corfman as remembering that she provided Moore with her number when she was 14. She said that she spoke to Moore from what she described as the phone in her bedroom.
Citing Corfman, the Post reported:
After her mother went into the courtroom, Corfman says, Moore asked her where she went to school, what she liked to do and whether he could call her sometime. She remembers giving him her number and says he called not long after. She says she talked to Moore on her phone in her bedroom, and they made plans for him to pick her up at Alcott Road and Riley Street, around the corner from her house.
Soon after, Corfman said, he called again, and picked her up again at the same spot.
Later on, Corfman described a third phone call:
She says that after their last encounter, Moore called again, but that she found an excuse to avoid seeing him. She says that at some point during or soon after her meetings with Moore, she told two friends in vague terms that she was seeing an older man.

I’d like to hear a lawyer’s analysis of the comments that we’ve seen attributed to Corfman. How carefully worded are they (like the use of the word “remembers”) that would indicate careful preparation and scripting to make the biggest smear possible without jeopardy of libel or potential false reporting charges.

I am hopeful that Judge Moore’s prosecutor friends are interviewing witnesses, chasing down details, and asking for bank records about WaPo payments. There may be some criminal conduct there, and that would be the real bombshell. It would be even better if they roll it up and it leads to McConnell. He needs to go; he is willing to sacrifice this important seat in order to keep establishment control of the Senate. This is about 2018 and Bannon as much as it is about Moore. He wants to win against Bannon.
Nothing but lies and no crimes committed. Meanwhile the DemRats keep quiet on Menendez, Pizzagate and the Lolita Express trips. Astounding isn’t it the hypocrisy?

In advertising, those are known as "hits." When the "customer" is standing at the store shelf deciding between products A and B, in the absence of any other information, they will tend to choose based on the impressions left by said "hits."
If any legal proceedings are opened the first thing Moore’s team will seek in discovery is the accusers’ recent bank deposit records.
He said he didn’t know her or ever heard her name before the allegations.
Folks this should be a great example of why the Washington Post, the Mainstream Media, the Democrat Establishment Party and the Republican Establishment RINOs have little or no power or influence over anything whatsoever, except to shoot of their mouths off with lie after lie.
Folks the truth always opts and Breitbart is pulling back the curtain of truth relative Judge Roy Moore and his gal escapades. Even if the good judge had a kiss or two with a young lady in Alabama, thirty or forty years ago...it was par for the course operating procedure in Alabama....across the board. Yes, older men dated younger girls was indeed par for the course. Nothing to see here!!!
