Right before he beat Luther Strange, Team McConnell were telling donors they had someone on Moore dealing regarding sex and an underage woman. And a donor told me.
If that is where this came from it would have been used in the primary, not a month before the special election where it is impossible to replace him on the ballot. McConnell didn’t want to lose the seat he just wanted Strange to be the candidate. Releasing it now doesn’t accomplish that. If McConnell was aware of these allegations that doesn’t mean he was the only one.
Anyway the appointment of Jeff Sessions as AG is looking worse all the time...not only because his performance has been mediocre as AG, but also now because of this. He would have been a better ally in the Senate.

On that date, I was a senior at college who was not dating and lived in a dormitory. I could research further to conclude that I was someplace watching the National Football League, probably on the tiny B&W tv set I had in my dorm room.
As was often the case, there was probably no person who could serve as an eyewitness alibi but completely unlikely that a woman would have been in my dormitory room since it was a mens dormitory and women (other than cleaning women) rarely set foot in it.
I say all this to prove that if I can recall where I was that long ago, so could Judge Moore, not that it would prove anything - just that if I had a woman accuser, I could probably verify I was in a spot where a woman would have been a very rare visitor - so rare that other residents would notice.
Right, there’s no logic in this - not even sinister logic - for McConnell to supposedly dig this up or dream this up, then hold it through not one, but two primary elections that Moore won, then continue to hold it and wait to release it just a month before the special election.

Almost 40 years ago, no witnesses. It doesn’t matter if he knew the families or not. Moore has been married for 35 years with no breath of scandal. I, for one, will not discredit him on the basis of accusations which are sensationalized and may be bought.

Yes McConnell is a Republican by party affiliation, but make no mistake, he is in it for himself, the good ole boys club, and not the American citizen.

Allegations are ruling the USA presently. Can they possibly be proven? No one seems to care, so long as lives and careers are shattered.
Corroboration and proof are elusive but the accusation alone seems to be sufficientl for rendering judgement of guilt.
