The smart and expedient thing to do is indict hillary.
THAT is a very high up that is not only a winnable case, it will expose all the others by way of prosecuting hillary.
The only ones to scream will be the phony pheminists and other like minded.
Prosecuting hillary will out obozo and the prosecution can appear with clean hands of "intent".
I don't think it will happen, but indict hillary and the swamp will drain itself.

If that is the case, Manafort needs to reveal the threats and these crooks - these inmates running the prison - need to be sent to Gitmo.
America needs to know who the real dirty cops are - and cut that cancer out of our body.

The Judge was on Fox Business this morning and he said all leaking is not illegal. The clerk who files the indictment paperwork is allowed to talk about it and the lawyer for the accused is allowed to talk about it but everybody else would be guilty of leaking grand jury information if they talked about it.

One clue I've been considering is the fact that the impending indictment news was leaked to only to CNN, without a doubt, THE most anti-Trump network.
And so, I think the indictments will please CNN - either or both against Manafort or Flynn - but probably piddly-shit indictments of stuff that happened BEFORE the election. Still, the media will be pleased and will be all giddy with comments like "this is just the tip of the iceberg!"
