Dang! You have to have a serious talk with your inner alarm clock and tell it to behave on your off days! LOL! Not cool to wake you up so early!
Hmmmm, you’re up north, we’re down south, you’re warm, we’re chilly. Sumpin’ just ain’t right with that!
Ugly day here and tomorrow will be more of the same. At least we got some decent rain out of the deal overnight and should get a little more tomorrow evening.

Funny you should say that. Right before I read your post, I put them both out. LOL! I was ready, too. They had been a bit wild, showing off.
Sorry Shannon had to go to the vet with the crud. Hope shell be better by morning. Ill trade weather with you. 86 right before Halloween is obscene!
Had a good rain down at the lake last night and my car looked so pretty this morning. LOL!

Wow! You managed to get them both out the door? I figured it was going to be a sleepless night after you’d been gone for a few days.
Shannon’s doing better already. They gave her a shot to stop the vomiting as well as some fluids and she ate a jar of the baby food at supper time. It stayed down. Actually, this is the first day I haven’t had to clean up ANY cat yak in a week. I think the crud has finally left the poor kitties alone at last. WHEW!!
We had a good rain here late last night and we needed it. Dusty and his crew were out in the fields until after 11 crushing the corn stalk stubble and planting a winter grass and they got it done before the rain arrived. I just hope the seeds didn’t get washed away as it rained hard to begin with, then tapered off a bit. More rain expected tomorrow evening.
I wouldn’t mind trading! I’m just not ready for cold weather and 86 degrees sounds real nice right now. LOL

I was shocked that they went out so early! LOL!
I’m ready for cooler weather. I want to wear my fall clothes and sweaters! Now...mind you....I don’t want ice storms that break the limbs off trees or snow up to my armpits, but a bit of a chill would be good to sleep in....with lots of bankies!

I enjoy it cooling off from summer heat but only to around 70 - 75 degrees. I’d be quite happy never wearing sweaters and such again! Do not like cold weather at all.
It doesn’t sit well that the winter forecast for this part of the country is “cold and snowy”. NOT what I wanted to hear. LOL! Snow is pretty to look at in pictures but not through our windows.
Oh well, we just have to deal with it and look forward to Spring next year. :-)

Yep...guess we all have our burdens to bear. LOL!
Not to shock everyone here, but I”m going to give up now and try to sleep. I’m just whipped from all the driving.
But I will say....I didn’t get lost all weekend. That’s something, right? :)
See ya tomorrow for quiz night! Wish I could find some new cool ones, but they seem so “teenie/girlie”. Not good for who I post for.

I’m surprised you stayed up this late. You’ve had a long day. Glad you had a great time with everyone and the weather didn’t mess up the fun.
Sleep well. Catch ya tomorrow evening.

Good morning, Everyone.
Good morning to our
Military, our Allies, and their families.
Thank you, Lauren, for preparing the
Canteen for todays activities.
Road Trip! Climb aboard.
Checking in.
WOW! Seeing on the news that some areas in NC
got hit pretty bad from the storm passing along the east coast.
I image we'll be in for more wacky weather
that will be triggered from the wildfires.
Gotta run as usual.
Please stay.
Grab a cup of joe or tasty tea.
Chat with the military and/or the family they left behind.
The FR Canteen is
Come on in and sit for a while.
There's always plenty of coffee, tea,
pancakes, conversation,
silliness,
and plain old BS

Good morning, Kathy! Good morning all!
I've been lurking a bit, even if I haven't been posting. School gets weird, especially when I've been in so many different schools in the past five years. (sigh)
Anyway, remember when I used to post those dopey little math comics that I used to make? Well, I'm still making them. In fact, today is the Tenth Anniversary of the first on on 10/24/07.
I have a free period right now, so I'd thought I'd share:
Not that the main character is *me* or anything...
