What would the '13' indicate, that he's a member of MS-13?Paddock was 64 years old. MS-13 has been in the US since ~1980s. Not a good fit for a reasonable theory. The number 13 has many other possible indications, both positive and negative.

The sheriff didn't say, but I understand that she's Filipino, so perhaps she's in The Philippines. The report I heard was that the shooter had evidently utilized some of her ID which was found in the room. And FWIW, we have lots of family in Las Vegas (my wife grew up there) and we've been on the phone trying to make sure everyone is o.k. My sister-in-law was out to dinner last night in Town Center, which is right next to the Mandalay Bay when the shooting began. Needless to say, she left the area immediately.
