Washington (CNN)US investigators wiretapped former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort under secret court orders before and after the election, sources tell CNN, an extraordinary step involving a high-ranking campaign official now at the center of the Russia meddling probe.

The government snooping continued into early this year, including a period when Manafort was known to talk to President Donald Trump.

Some of the intelligence collected includes communications that sparked concerns among investigators that Manafort had encouraged the Russians to help with the campaign, according to three sources familiar with the investigation. Two of these sources, however, cautioned that the evidence is not conclusive.

Hillary’s communications were not and are not exclusively in her custody. Everything done as State is a government record; same for the Obama library. Levels of security classificataions determine the level of custodial ownership and everything at State is SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED - nothing is UNCLASS and therefore all communications must remain within the State Network. Even emailing a document to your personal email account from State is a chargeable offense - I know because I was involved in IT determinitations for several situations as a State Foreign Service Specialist - Information Management Specialist or IT guy. Providing the requested evidence from my Post’s servers to Diplomatic Security which in turn resulted in a violation letter to the employee(s). What burns me is that nobody at State put either Kennedy or Hillary under chargers - the politicians are above the law.
