Russia is a created excuse to cover for all the illegal spying on then candidate Trump to use by Obama and Hillary against him in the election. When Trump won, they knew the spying scandal would be exposed so they invented this Russia lie as a cover. posted by DocRock on May 10, 2017

I doubt that the Russian story was invented after the election. I believe that it was the excuse used to obtain the “secret” warrant for the wiretap. Courts aren’t going to issue warrants without at least some flimsy excuse.
